To get your party mitts on this New Year’s Eve set, begin by clicking on the PDF below. Print the letters out onto white paper or card stock and trim to size. Use a hole punch to make holes in the top corners of each flag, and string them together on twine or ribbon to create your New Year’s Eve banner. Next you can print out the hat templates. Once you have cut the hat templates to size you can pull the ends together to create the cone and the crown and secure with glue or tape. You can fringe a little silver tissue paper for the top of the cone hat and attach the 2016 and Happy New Year stars with glue. Finally you can glue or staple a length of elastic to the bottom of the hats and they are ready to wear!
