How to Make a Feather Glitter WreathHello everyone! I am back from my trip to Salt Lake City where I met the team from Cricut and attended the Alt Summit. It was a very successful week and I will be sharing some of my finds and news from that in the next few months. The highlights of my week were: 1) Meeting the AMAZING and talented team at Cricut. You will be hearing a lot more about their new Explore cutter from me. (It cuts felt, leather, cardboard to give you a hint). 2) Meeting some of the talented bloggers that I follow and love and finding out the follow and love me too. 3) Listening to Christiane Lemieux from Dwell Studio talk about how she built her oh so successful company. 4) Enjoying keynote speaker, artist, photographer and fashion blogger Garance Doré share her inspiring story.  5) Meeting the founder of Pinterest, Ben Silbermann. Thank you Ben for inventing Pinterest! 6) Connecting with some wonderful sponsors and networks who will make it possible for me to continue this handcrafted journey with all of you. Yeah baby!!

The last few days I have been playing catchup on my sleep as well as putting things back in order here. I am going to show you all later this week my before and after office space as I reorganize so you can all know I am human too. Today I am going to share a very simple project. Still LOVING the paper feathers I was reluctant to put them away with the rest of my Christmas decor a few weeks ago. So, I disassembled my feather garland and simply attached them to a grapevine wreath with just a bit of hot glue. So very simple and elegant and has a great home right on top of my bookcase. You may remember the teal feather wreath I made for my office, and if not here is that post. If you missed the template for these feathers, you can find them here. Until tomorrow! ~ Lia
