MEMBERSHIP

Monthly Membership: By purchasing a monthly membership, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly membership rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your membership. You may, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy (as set out below), cancel your monthly membership at any time by logging into your membership account on the website (“My Craft Room”).

Automatic Monthly Renewal Term: Once you have joined as a monthly member, Lia Griffith will automatically process your monthly membership fee each month on the date that you joined. Lia Griffith will continue to automatically process your monthly membership fee each month at the then-current monthly membership rate until you cancel your membership.

Annual Membership: By purchasing an annual membership, you agree to an annual pre-payment for one full year of service. This will be billed on the date you join as an annual member. After one year, and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring annual membership renewal fee at the then-current annual membership rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your membership. You may, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy (as set out below), cancel your annual membership at any time by logging into your membership account on the website (“My Craft Room”).

Automatic Annual Renewal Term: We will bill you, via your elected method of payment, for the annual membership renewal fee, each year on the date on which you joined as an annual member. If you have applied a coupon code to save on your annual membership, this price is good for one year only and your membership will renew at the current annual membership price.

We will not notify you before your membership renewal is billed.

If you would like to maintain a membership for a certain limited period of time, you should set a reminder for yourself to cancel before the end of your current paid billing cycle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Members can schedule cancellation of their membership at any time. Please note, the cancellation will not take effect immediately during your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to be able to use your membership, have access to www.liagriffith.com and your membership portal until the end of the current paid billing cycle whereupon your membership will then cancel, rather than renew.

If you wish to schedule your cancellation, you may do so by logging into your membership account and going into My Craft Room > Account Settings > Manage Membership. Click the button detailing your current membership and then click “Cancel Subscription”.

Refunds of a paid billing cycle, (prorated or otherwise), are not available.

Once you cancel your account, you should receive an email confirming that you have successfully canceled your membership. This will also detail the date on which your membership will cancel. If you do not receive this email, your membership may not have been successfully canceled, and you could still be charged. If this occurs, please contact us at hello@liagriffith.com to confirm your membership cancellation.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIFT MEMBERSHIPS

A gift membership (the “Gift Membership”) is a membership paid for by one person (the “Purchaser”) to be used by someone else (the “Recipient”). Gift Memberships, unlike other Lia Griffith Memberships, are non-renewing and allow access to www.liagriffith.com by the Recipient only from the Gift Membership Start Date (defined below) for the duration of the membership purchased, being one year (the “Gift Term)”. Any purchase or use of a Gift Membership is subject to these Special Terms, which are in addition to and do not replace the general Lia Griffith Terms and Conditions as outlined on the Terms of Use page

Purchasing a Gift Membership: Currently, a Gift Membership may only be purchased at www.liagriffith.com or www.shopliagriffith.com. Specific terms and conditions set forth in the purchase process may apply. The Purchaser will purchase the Gift Membership on www.liagriffith.com or www.shopliagriffith.com. On completion of such purchase, a unique activation code will be generated that will allow the Recipient to access the Gift Membership and which will be sent, to the Recipient, via email, together with notice of the Gift Membership and a special gift message. The Purchaser can choose whether this email is sent to the Recipient immediately, or at a later date (but which should be within 90 days of the Gift Membership purchase date). Lia Griffith will also send an email confirming the purchase of the Gift Membership to the Purchaser.

Lia Griffith is not responsible and assumes no liability for non-delivery of an email because of an invalid address, spam filters or any other reason. The Purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the Access Code is received by the Recipient.

Any Recipient may only have one active Gift Membership at any one time. The Purchaser will be notified, at the time of purchase, if the Recipient has met the maximum allowance.

Accessing a Gift Membership: On the purchase of the Gift Membership, Lia Griffith will send an email containing the activation code to the Recipient at the email address, provided by the Purchaser, at the time of purchase. The Recipient must use the activation code to activate the Gift Membership. (If the Recipient has a current active Gift Membership, they will also be able to activate any future unclaimed Gift Membership in their My Craft Room once they are logged in). The Gift Membership Start Date will begin on the date on which it has been activated by the Recipient and will end at the end of the Gift Term, being one year later. Once entered, the Access Code will be void and cannot be used again.
In order to use the Gift Membership, and upon first activating the activation code, the Recipient will be required to create a www.liagriffith.com membership account and agree to the www.liagriffith.com Terms of Use.

Lia Griffith is not responsible if the Activation Code is lost, stolen, or used without permission.

Existing Memberships held by the Recipient: If the Recipient already holds a monthly or annual membership to www.liagriffith.com, this membership will be paused for the duration of the Gift Term and will automatically re-start at the expiry of the Gift Membership, unless canceled in accordance with www.liagriffith.com Terms of Use.

Gift Membership Expiry, Refunds, and Cancellations: All sales are final and Gift Membership dues are nonrefundable once a purchase has been made. The Purchaser is not entitled to a refund or credit for Gift Memberships that are not registered. The Purchaser may not transfer a single Gift Membership to more than one Recipient. There is no refund or credit for partially used periods. A Gift Membership may not be redeemed or refunded for cash or combined with any other promotional offers or incentives.

The Gift Membership will expire at the end of the Gift Term and cannot be renewed. A new Gift Membership, or a regular, monthly or annual membership, must be purchased from www.liagriffith.com in order to continue any membership with www.liagriffith.com.

General: Lia Griffith is not responsible and assumes no liability for non-delivery of an email because of an invalid address, spam filters or any other reason. Lia Griffith is not responsible for the loss or misuse of Gift Membership activation codes. Gift Memberships have no cash value or other value and can only be used to activate a gift membership on www.liagriffith.com during the Gift Term.

All designs, images, photographs, templates, and downloads on this site are owned by Lia Griffith Media, LLC.

You are not permitted to adapt, print, copy, resell, or distribute our designs, templates, and downloads commercially or for profit. You are not permitted to sell any of the projects made using our designs for profit.

You are permitted to print, copy, and use our designs, downloads, and templates in order to make the projects for your personal use. This includes the gifting of such finished projects to others.

You are more than welcome to share our copyrighted photographs on your social media channel, website, or blog in compliance with these guidelines:

1. You cannot share any photo tutorials or downloadable templates.
2. You must provide a credit and link back to our original post when sharing our content.
3. You cannot alter our photos in any way, nor remove, delete, or cover the liagriffith.com watermark from any photos.
4. When including a repost of any project onto any of your social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, you must credit Lia Griffith and add a tag back in your description to the Lia Griffith Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram accounts, as appropriate

By joining as a member, using this site and/or maintaining a membership on this site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and our terms of use. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our site. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
