May is on its way

What do you have going on this month? If you’re celebrating the Kentucky Derby on May 4, we have a couple of Kentucky Derby party ideas. We also have a few Cinco de Mayo crafts, including this pretty paper Picado banner.

Next on the holiday crafts list, we have gift ideas for Teacher Appreciation Week. And for those of you celebrating Mother’s Day on the 12th, we have lots of fun Mother’s Day crafts on the site as well.

Last but not least, there’s Memorial Day on the 27th. If you’re hosting a get-together, we have some quick and easy Memorial Day projects to help you celebrate and honor the day.

And of course we have to look at the flowers for the month. The birth flower for May is Lily of the Valley. And then the beautiful iris flower has its own day on the 8th. So if you’re wondering what flowers to craft for May, those two would be very fitting!

Printing & Editing Instructions

Download the May 2019 printable calendar below. The calendar is blank, so if you want to type in your own holidays, plans, and events, make sure to download the Sagona Demo font.

After you click the link for this font, click the green button toward the top right of the page that says “buying options.” Next to the desktop icon, it will say “free.” Then click the blue “add” button.

If you have downloaded the font before for our other monthly calendars, you don’t need to download it again. Another option is to just write on your calendar with a pen.

Once you’ve edited your calendar, you can print it. We prefer to print our calendars onto 8.5″x11″ white cardstock. But you can also print your calendar onto regular copy paper if you want a more lightweight version.
