Today we wanted to share a new tool with you that we found recently. We are a little crazy about unique and gorgeously wrapped gifts here at Lia Griffith HQ. It’s something I was passionate about long before starting this blog – I won the Scotch Brand Most Talented Gift Wrapper back in 2012 so my love affair for this wonderfully creative process goes way back. In the past I have made and shared tutorials for cute flower gift toppers, felt animal gift toppers, I have shared all kinds of printable wrapping paper, including spring floral Mother’s Day gift wrap, kids printable gift wrap and have even showed you my secret tip for how to tie the perfect bow. The Pillow Gift Box Tool from Martha Stewart just opens the possibilities for gorgeous gift wrapping even further. These boxes are just perfect for small gifts. Line them with a layer or two of tissue paper to support any teeny tiny treats and wrap them in ribbon or twine to keep everything in place. The tool itself is super simple to use. It provides templates for three different sizes of pillow gift box and scores the card making it really easy to fold the card. The pillow gift boxes below were made using our own design of wrapping paper which we printed onto card stock. You can find the PDF for this print in this post – did I mention that it compliments all our fab DIY Father’s Day projects and printables?
