Paper St. Patrick’s Day Top Hat

Here is an adorable DIY top hat that is perfect to pair with any attire. And you can’t beat the fact that it’s so easy to take on and off!

To make this project, you will need green, gold, and black card stock and a headband to attach under the top hat. For the base of our top hat, we used a 12×12-inch card stock. Use the SVG file linked below for your cutting machine, or print the PDF if you are cutting by hand. Use the template to cut out your black band, gold buckle, and choose a different shade of green for the shamrock. Follow the step-by-step tutorial below to assemble your top hat. Use hot-glue to attach all the bits and pieces, and then use the glue to attach your headband. So easy!
