Let’s hope that the old adage is true and that April showers really do bring May flowers! We in Portland are certainly ready for some consistent summer weather. Of course, if those May flowers don’t end up showing their pretty blooms, we can always just make our flowers out of paper 😉 April is ending in a flash and May begins this Sunday, which means it is time for our May 2016 calendar freebie!
May is a very special month for me for two reasons. First, Mother’s Day is in May. Although my mother is no longer with me, I will still continue to appreciate her every second Sunday of May. And every day for that matter! Second, my birthday is in May. I will say LOUDLY and PROUDLY that this year is a big one. I am turning 50 years old! Fifty years of ups and downs, major learning experiences, watching my daughter grow into a lovely young woman herself, and starting my own business from the ground up. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

how do i give a membership as a gift?
Hi! We don’t have a gift certificate capability just yet, but you can easily create a membership for someone else by creating an account, then changing the details (credit card, email address). You’re not able to change the user name after an account is created, so choose something the recipient would like 🙂
