We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our first virtual craft summit this spring! Our spring summit will start with a live welcome on March 24th, which members can now view below. Then, starting April 7th, we will roll out three crepe paper flower workshops and a live workshop on arrangements, week by week. These are new maker workshops and they are free for all monthly and annual members to take during the month of April 2021.
After April 30th, 2021, only annual members will be able to access these workshops. Below you will find the tools and materials we’re using for these workshops plus the full summit schedule.
We could all use some more joy and beauty in our lives. So it is time to make the earth laugh in (crepe paper) flowers!
Here is the full calendar of the summit including the description of the three maker workshops and the time for the final live workshop. Each live will take place on our private Facebook page, and you can click each workshop link on the day it launches.
Remember, all of our maker workshops will be available for replay during April. If you want access to these workshops after April 30th, you will need to be an annual member.

Can we get the SVG files a little ahead of time so we can work alongside you?
Hi Kirsten! The pattern will be released the same day as the video. Since the 3 flower videos are recorded, you can pause or wait to start until you have cut everything out 🙂
Are these eucalyptus leaves for the spring summit? I don’t think you said how many to make.
I can’t wait to make the roses they’re so pretty
Here’s a link to the silver dollar eucalyptus pattern! https://liagriffith.com/video-crepe-paper-silver-dollar-eucalyptus/. I made 8 branches total.
how do you load live today?
It will be available in the private Facebook group for members, and posted here after!
This is awesome1 I have to of the flower kits and was going to start on them soon but now I will wait for the workshops. Thank you sooooo much. I have really been enjoying your videos and can’t wait for the next masterclass.
Oh I’m glad to hear this! Thank YOU 🙂
Oh how exciting! I can’t wait!
So glad you’ll join us!!
Hi Lia, I’m just starting to work on frosted paper roses. I’ve slowed your utube down and I’m still having problems with the 3 inner petals. There is a part in the video that skips and doesn’t show the complete wrapping. I was wondering if you will do in-person workshops in the future?
Hi Nancy! Will you send an email to hello@liagriffith.com with more details about the specific project you’re working on? We have quite a few frosted paper roses now so there may be another video to show you part that’s giving you a hard time. We don’t have any immediate plans for in-person workshops but really hope to make it happen one day!
Will there be an svg file we can down load. This is my first tome attending I want to be prepared thank you
Yes, the SVG and PDF templates will be available with each video tutorial!
Thank you Lia and team…this is so exiting!
We’re so glad you’re excited 🙂
This sounds amazing! Your masterclass was so enjoyable and this will definitely help fill the “void” that resulted when it ended. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to creating a caring and positive community.
Thank you for your sweet words, it means a lot!
There is so much value with your membership! Thank you thank you!!
Amy McNamara
We’re so glad to hear this Amy, thank you!
I just want to thank you for recording these sessions as well as all the Member Make classes. It would be such a bummer to miss them! It has been a pleasure being part of the Lia Griffith crafter tribe. Especially so after the year we’ve had!
The summit is a great idea. Even thought I’ve made these flowers before I know I’m going to learn something new!
I’m so glad you’re part of our community, Cindy! I hope we are able to teach you something new. We originally designed these flowers in 2017, and here we are a few years later making them even better because of all we have learned since then!
Im so excited to do these flowers. Thank you all so much
So glad you’ll join us 🙂
So looking forward to this. See you soon.
Yay! See you soon 🙂
OMG!!! So exciting, shopping now 🥳💐

We’re so glad you’re part of our community!
Thank you, Lia and Team. I just read that these will be available “after hours”. I work as many do and can’t make the live classes. But I do enjoy going back to see what you all did and can catch up that way. AWESOME!
Of course! We don’t expect everyone to be able to make it live. The actual flower making videos are pre-recorded 🙂
WOW! I can hardly wait.
I’m so glad you’re excited!
Are these recorded to watch at a later date?
Classes on weekdays don’t work for most working people.
Yes! We do not expect everyone will be available to catch us live. We made a note in the post, “Remember, all of our maker workshops will be available for replay.” 🙂
Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better-after the Master Class-I’m wrong! This is wonderful news-looking forward to the Spring Summit. Thank you Lia and team.
Yay! We’re so glad you’ll join us, Molly 🙂

Well this the best & most beautiful “welcome to spring” news I have gotten this year! Thank you! 💐
That just made my day!
I was just going to sit down and start on eucalyptus. I’m going to put that on hold!
Go for it! Meagan did a really good video but I was going to do it LIVE as well and show different colors. This is a great place to use scraps.
Well that’s exciting news indeed! See you then.
Yay!
Really looking forward to these workshops. I’m going to order my supplies now; fingers crossed I can get everything here. (UK)
I will cross my fingers with you!
Thanks. I’m sure it will be over the top just like the Masters class.
I had fun reworking these flowers! Loving the results.
Been waiting since I signed up! Do we need to register anywhere?
This is a Summit we are offering to all members and you do not have to sign up for it but we are doing it as a work-a-long. The crepe paper master class starts in May and that one you will need to sign up for. We will send out links for that on April 1.
Just made my day and (month)
I’m so happy to hear this 🙂
Marking my calendar now! Thanks for giving crafters a place to get together.
You are so welcome!
What time will these classes start in EST time, please?
There will be 1 Facebook live this Wednesday and 1 LIVE workshop at the end of the month Both are at 2pm EST and will be available for you to watch after the live broadcase. The three flower workshops will be available at 9am your time the first three Wednesdays of April. These are set to watch at your own time so everyone has the flexibility.
