I would love to see some lilies from crepe paper, all kinds of lilies. I have yet to see any from Lia.
Yes they’re on our list! We do have a cala lily from last year: https://liagriffith.com/crepe-paper-calla-lily/
SVG’s of some or most of the JoAnn Fabric Kits. I am really loving making some of these flowers. It would be great to have the various sizes as well. Your flowers and ideas are so amazing, I really love it. Just hard to get a hold of your items. So Thankful that JoAnn’s put your new kits online.
Thanks Deb! We actually do have SVGs of all the kits except the poppies which we’ll be releasing soon! Just search for the flower name or look under the SVG tab π
Hi Lia! I absolutely love your crafts. I always know whenever I start one of your crafts that it will turn out beautifully because you have the best material I have ever found. You are such an inspiration to me as I am trying to spend more time crafting. I would love to see your unique spin on some crochet projects. Also I would love to see some crafts that you can do in a group for a fun event (such as a crafting party). Thank you so much for all that you do!
Thank you Emily, I appreciate your sweet comments and great suggestions!
Hi!
I’d love a crepe paper dahlia tutorial. Good ones seem hard to come by.
It’s on our list!!
I love the site. I mainly use the cricut files & the printables. I do like sewing & vinyl (iron on & adhesive vinyl) projects. I struggle w/organization of craft supplies – more ideas/projects on how to sort/store things – like the paper & vinyl scraps – yikes! π
Great idea, thanks!
Would love your take on violets. So sweet and a tiny pot of violets would tuck into a small space for an unexpected surprise. Thanks for all of your Beauties! Bonnie
Lovely idea π
More felt food patterns please! I’ve made the breakfast foods and and s’mores set and our kids love them!
We have felt food on the list! Thanks π
I am really interested in needle felting and would like to see some tutorials on how to begin. The basic tools needed and doing a simple project.
Yes! That’s been on our list. Thanks π
More paper flowers…iris, carnations, lily of the valley, daisies….
Great list, thank you π
I would like to see more projects like your Spring Garden in a glass for different holidays π
Great idea π
Anything relating to industrial farmhouse will be a hit with me. Everything you do is beautiful so I’m sure to like whatever you come up with π
Thanks so much π
I would love to see more flower arrangement tutorials.
I would like to see a weaving tutorial, more felt makes and needle felting.
Many thanks
Lynsey
Hi I love your website and check in daily. I am addicted to crepe paper flowers but would love to be able to purchase your paper easily in the UK. Looking forward to that day!
We are, too! π
Those of us who cut paper by hand could benefit immensely from additional foliage to accompany your lovely flowers. We adore the templates for ferns, seeded eucalyptus, and Queen Anne’s lace, but they’re too intricate for manual trimming. How about designs for a bevy of botanicals that complement (y)our stemmed beauties?
I hear you! Thanks for the suggestion, I’ve added it to our list.
I love the printables. I would appreciate if you make usable planner stickers of printables. I would also love to see more back to school stuff and kids crafts.
Noted, thanks!
I would love to see more decorations inspired by other cultural holidays such as Chinese New Year, Diwali (light festival, more Scandinavian themed projects, etc. Also, can you post more crepe paper flower making videos using the Cricut?!
Noted, thank you! We actually don’t use the Cricut for our crepe paper projects since it doesn’t cut the paper well. But we plan to have most videos of crepe projects, and Cricut projects π
I would love more vinyl and iron-on projects with the cricut ! I made a lot of home decor projects thanks to you and your beautiful creations!
Thanks a lot π
Thanks!
I love your site! I mainly use your calendars to organize the kindergartener and pre-schooler in my house. Recipe cards are awesome too! We are gluten free as well- so I appreciate that!!
The other beauties that you post are inspirations that I am saving for a rainy day!
My kids are into dance, swimming, and birthday parties- so anything birthday party related as a guest would be great (seems like there are 4 a month!). Lunch notes, menu cards, menu planning, anything for a mom- manager of the house- this is where I am focused at the moment.
Thank you!!!!
Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate hearing it! π
First off, SUPER excited about the Paper Flower Garden kits!! Can’t wait to see them in stores. Because of you my new favorite craft activity is paper flower making with your crepe paper. I just can’t say enough great things about the paper and my friends are joining in now too! Would love to see more crepe paper flower videos and a special request for a ginkgo branch (I have lots of ginkgo decor in my house). A post on how to pick colors for flowers or color palette inspiration with your crepe would be fun too. That’s the hardest part for me is picking coordinating colors. Thanks Lia and team for all you do!!
That’s awesome you’ve gotten your friends to join in! Thanks for the suggestions π
I would like to see more colors of your fine crepe paper.
Noted π Thanks!
I’d love to see more crepe paper tutorials! Maybe another style of rose? π
I’ll add it to the list π
I would love a crepe paper dahlia tutorial π
One coming up. π
I would love to see more party themes! I love being able to use my printer and cricut to make events even more special!
Yes!
I just LOVED the felt succulent designs and had a blast making them as gifts for friends this holiday season! I’m always loving your felt patterns (last year I made several of the holiday animal ornaments and gave those as gifts) and want as many as you’re willing to provide! : )
Wonderful, thanks for the input! π
I would like to see demonstrations on making things with wire. Learning size wire to use, how to bend, what tools to use, etc., to make different things like flowers, angels, animals, etc.
Great suggestion, thank you!
Happy New Year! I’m a new member from Portugal! Congrats for your beautiful projects. I would like to see more ideas for kids party: party favors/decoration… And more sewing projects. I love sewing!
Best wishes
Diana
Welcome! Thanks for the suggestions.
Valentines, valentines, valentines!
We’re on it! π
I’looking for “baby stuff” . I’ m going to be a first time grandma to a new female addition to our family mid-May 2017. Got any projects for me?
We are definitely adding more baby projects to the calendar! In the meantime: https://liagriffith.com/craft/kids/baby/ π
New projects, videos, ideas of ways to use Cricut and svg files
I would like to see more availability of your craft kits through stores. I tried to find the kids which were to be available at JoAnns stores last year. My local JoAnns stores not only didn’t have them, they knew nothing about them or even who Lia Griffith was! I went on line for JoAnns and the closest store that carried your kits was 200 miles away. I live in Sarasota Fl so it is not exactly a rural area. They weren’t carried in all of the Tampa/St. Pete area at all. It was not available on line either. If JoAnns is going to have an exclusive item then it should be available to all it’s locations.
Thank you for your feedback Michele. We have a new set in JoAnn stores for spring and hope they purchased enough to keep it in stock online. At this point we are only the designers and have no say or control on distribution, but I do know what the better these kits do in the store the more they will purchase so successful sales will really help. We are also working to be able to sell our kits in our own online shop so stay tuned.
Would you please add more Swedish/Scandinavian decorations n table centerpieces like women Vikings… I’ll promote u like crazy if you gals can help our Scandia gals/organizations decorate for luncheons n picnics… we will be making your Icelandic poppies for a luncheon center arrangements…
Thanks ladies and of course u Lia
I love it! (My all time favorite show is the History Channel’s Vikings). You will see more Scandinavian designs here this next year.
I’d love to see you use your expertise to make flowers small enough to use on greeting cards.
Hi I love the inspiration your emails give me – just looking at the beautiful things you are making and the gorgeous photos gives me joy! I travel a lot and would like little hand made projects I can pack in my bags and do in the hotels. Also more Cricut projects. And I live in the UK so I wonder if and how I can purchase your kits and paper here. Thank you so much for the beautiful things you create!
Thank you Karen! We’re really hoping our paper will be available outside the US this year.
More felt finger puppets please!
Thank you for your fantastic projects
That’s on the list! π
My wish list includes being able to purchase your crepe and tissue paper in Canada! without exorbitant shipping fees in addition to the exchange — with the Canadian dollar at about $0.75 US dollars, we have to pay about 1/3 more.
That’s on our list, too. We’re doing everything we can to make it available outside the USβ we really hope it can happen soon!
I would love to make a big mixed flower (crepe paper) bouquet for my mantlepiece! I keep meaning to pick over your patterns for the right flowers, but if you wanted to lead the way that would be AMAZING! Thank you!
Great idea, thanks!!
I enjoy your paper and felt flower projects. Keep them coming! I just wish there were more videos in the Craft School.
We’re planning lots more videos! π
Lia,
I am so inspired by the paper projects you create. I got a cricut air 2 for Christmas and want to learn how to use it to make cards and beautiful flowers and home decor. I have a subscription to your site so I’m ready to learn. Bring it on!
I picked up your Christmas crafts kit at Joann and I really enjoyed making the projects! I’d really enjoy a spring kit, just saying. ?
Thanks, Suellen
That’s great, congrats on your machine! We love ours here, obviously π
oops forgot to say that I love your website ( even as much trouble as I have had getting on it. Thanks for having such a great site for us crafters to go to!!!
would love to see your craft school at Micheals too Also would love a pattern for a lilac thanks.
I’d like to request a creative napkin holder project.
I’d like a video on upcycling plastic containers which are made of shrink plastic. Into jewelry? Decor? Because the plastic has been stretched differentially in different directions to form the plastic container, it shrinks unpredictably. I’d like ideas for how to make beautiful things out of this found material. Happy New Year, Lia & Co.!
That sounds like a lot of fun! We will have to give that a go.
I love your 3D paper projects like the love birds. Can you do more birds or other animals? I made a million for Christmas and gave them to everyone. They are loved!!!!
Yesβ I’ve had these on my list for awhile!
I would love to see more sewing baby clothes projects. Preferably upcycled projects.
Papercrafting all the way for me. Anything dimensional. My goal this year is to make more handcrafted flowers. Also, want to fully utiliz everything the cricut does.
Loved the “Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas” template. They made beautiful gifts for hard to buy friends. More word templates like this, inspiration and for friendship.
Sounds great to me!
