Become a MemberWe have the cutest woodland animal party kit to share with you over the next couple weeks. Already we have shared our printable birthday party invitations and thank you cards and today we are sharing our matching paper birthday banner. This is a simple paper birthday banner which is super easy to print and cut at home. Each tab has a letter on to spell out Happy Birthday. The color palette is a gorgeous mix of fresh teal, tangerine orange and rose pink – adorable!
To get your hands on this printable happy birthday banner simply click on the PDF button below and print out onto regular printer paper. Cut the tabs to size and fold over a length of ribbon or twine. If you want to secure them with a little glue or tape you can do so. You could make one long banner with both words on one length of string or you could split it up like we have and make two smaller banners. The great thing about our downloadable is that once you have saved it to your computer it is yours to keep so you can print out as many as you want – easy peasy!
Stay in touch over on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to find out when the next DIY project in our animal party themed kit is coming up – see you there! ~ Lia

I was pretty excited for this but when i don’t and even when i change the size to fit 8.5 x 11 it doesnt print correctly. It is much larger than the paper. Too bad, I was excited for hanging it at my daughter’s bday on sunday.
I’m so sorry we didn’t see this in time, Crystal! The 8.5×11 version of this banner was missing from the downloads.
I’m trying to print this off for my son’s first birthday party, but the PDF has 3-4 letters on a page, so it is very skinny. Any tips on making this work ?
You can resize it on your printer to 125%, for example. The only thing is that it might be a little pixelated if you make it larger. It’s worth a try, though! Good luck! 🙂
Hi Lia,
I have a similar question… is the banner meant to be printed on 8-1/2×11 paper? Thanks!
Yes! The banner is meant for 8 1/2 x 11 paper 🙂
I love, love, love this party set! It is just too cute!
Thank you so much:-)
