We’d hate to see you leave our craft community, but should you decide to discontinue your membership, this is very simple to do at any time by logging into your membership and going into My Craft Room > Account Settings > Manage Membership. Click the box that details your current subscription and then click the “Cancel Account” button. You will have access to your account until the end of the current paid billing cycle whereupon your membership will then cancel, rather than renew. We appreciate your membership and we hope you will join us again in the future!
A. If you would like to stop receiving our newsletter, you can do so by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of our emails.
A. Yes. You can subscribe to our weekly emails to receive DIY inspiration and ideas, stay updated on our latest projects, and learn about special discounts or new products. Becoming a member allows you to join our craft community and download any of our DIY patterns, printable templates, SVG files, and tutorials to your computer or mobile device.
A. By creating a membership, you will gain access to a new Craft Collection each month plus you can pick 5 additional projects (as a monthly member) or 15 more projects (as an annual member) from our large library of DIY designs. This includes the templates, printables, SVG files, and instructions—as well as photo tutorials and video tutorials for each project. You will be able to participate in our monthly live Member Make workshop with Lia and Meagan. You will also be invited to join our private Facebook page, where you can share the Lia Griffith projects you’re working on and get tips and advice from other crafters in our community. This is a great way to develop your DIY craft skills and create handmade projects you love and can enjoy forever—while also connecting with other people who share the same passion as you!
A. No. All memberships are ongoing, so you cannot buy a membership for a specific amount of time. If you would like to maintain a membership for one month only, you should set a reminder for yourself to cancel before the end of your first billing cycle. You can cancel at any time and your membership will continue until your currently paid billing cycle ends. You can do this in the My Craft Room portal.
A. We currently accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
A. Yes! We have a lot of members from all over the world in our community! The monthly Craft Collection and library of DIY project downloads, including the templates, printables, SVG files, and instructions—as well as photo tutorials and video tutorials—are all online and can be accessed from anywhere in the world. We also supply a list of tools and materials you will need to make the projects. You can find many of these craft supplies at shopliagriffith.com, where we offer both US and international shipping. If you can’t find the item you want in our shop, or we do not ship to your country, you can check for a local source here.
A. Canceling your account means that you will no longer be able to download DIY projects from our site and you will lose access to your membership downloads saved in your My Craft Room portal, once your current paid billing cycle ends. No need to worry about losing access immediately! Once you cancel your account, you should receive a cancellation confirmation pop-up to ensure that you have successfully canceled. At the end of the paid billing cycle, you will receive an email letting you know that your membership has ended. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation of your membership cancellation, as it may mean your membership has not been successfully canceled.
A. To find out when your current billing cycle ends, you can log into your membership account and look under My Craft Room > Account Settings. Here it will show you when your membership was activated, what your billing term is, and when your next payment is due.
A. If you would like to change the email address associated with your membership, you can do so by logging into your membership account and going into My Craft Room > Account Settings. Please also notify us at email@example.com so we can update our records also.
A. You can update your payment method by going into My Craft Room > Account Settings > Payment.
