MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

Q. HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP PLAN?

A.  This is very simple to do at any time by logging into the site and going into My Craft Room > Account Settings > Modify Plan. From here you can switch your plan or cancel your membership.

Once you cancel your membership, you will have access to your account until the end of the current paid billing cycle whereupon your membership will then cancel, rather than renew. We appreciate your membership and we hope you will join us again in the future!

Q. HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE TO YOUR EMAIL NEWSLETTER?

A. If you would like to stop receiving our newsletter, you can do so by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of our emails.

Q. IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUBSCRIBING TO OUR EMAIL NEWSLETTER AND BEING A MEMBER?

A. Yes. You can subscribe to our weekly emails to receive DIY inspiration and ideas, stay updated on our latest projects, and learn about special discounts or new products. Join our email list now.

Becoming a member allows you to join our craft community and download our DIY projects, join our workshops, and access our classes. We offer three membership options with different benefits.

Q. WHAT COMES WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

A. We offer a monthly membership, annual membership, and Craft Circle membership.

Monthly members get access to a new Craft Collection and 5 additional projects of your choice on the 1st of each month. The Craft Collection includes 16 projects, 12 bonus files, and a live Member Make workshop with Lia and Meagan. Please note that credits do not roll over, so if you only use 2 credits one month, you do not get 8 next month.  The last 30 downloads will appear in your My Craftroom. To help you keep track of your 5 extra projects, there is a counter at the bottom of the post, which resets every month on the 1st at 12:00 am UTC. You can also access all of our current mini courses and skill courses in our Craft Academy, plus any new ones we add. Finally you can join our community page to share projects you’re working on and get tips and advice from other crafters in our community from all over the world.

Annual members get everything monthly members do AND unlimited project downloads. In addition, annual members save $20 over the year and get an extra $20 bonus coupon valid on  $100+ purchase  (coupon valid 3 months from issue date) to use in our online shop on craft supplies.

Craft Circle members get everything annual members do AND can enroll in our master classes anytime for ongoing access throughout the year. This means you don’t have to wait for enrollment periods, and you have unlimited access to the video lessons during your membership.

Q. CAN I BUY A ONE-MONTH MEMBERSHIP?

A. No. All memberships are ongoing, so you cannot buy a membership for a specific amount of time. If you would like to maintain a membership for one month only, you should set a reminder for yourself to cancel before the end of your first billing cycle. You can cancel at any time and your membership will continue until your currently paid billing cycle ends. You can do this in the My Craft Room portal.

Q. CAN I USE A SALE CODE ON MY CURRENT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP? HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

Sales are meant for new members only, but we do allow a grace period where you can use a code if the sale is within a month of your renewal date. Please email hello@liagriffith.com for help with this. All sale prices are good for one year of annual membership and then will renew at the current annual membership price.

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A. We currently accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

Q. CAN I JOIN FROM OVERSEAS?

A. Yes! We have a lot of members from all over the world in our community! The monthly Craft Collection and library of DIY project downloads, including the templates, printables, SVG files, and instructions — as well as photo tutorials and video tutorials — are all online and can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

We also supply a list of tools and materials you will need to make the projects. You can find many of these craft supplies at feltpaperscissors.com, where we offer both US and international shipping to select countries. If you can’t find the item you want in our shop, or we do not ship to your country, you can check for a local source here.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION QUESTIONS

Q. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

A. Canceling your account means that you will no longer be able to download DIY projects from our site and you will lose access to your membership downloads and courses saved in your My Craft Room portal, once your current paid billing cycle ends.

No need to worry about losing access immediately! Once you cancel your account, you should receive a cancellation confirmation pop-up to ensure that you have successfully canceled. At the end of the paid billing cycle, you will receive an email letting you know that your membership has ended. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation of your membership cancellation, as it may mean your membership has not been successfully canceled.

Q. HOW CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT MY BILLING CYCLE?

A. To find out when your current billing cycle ends, you can log into your membership account and look under My Craft Room > Account Settings. Here it will show you when your membership was activated, what your billing term is, and when your next payment is due.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

A. If you would like to change the email address associated with your membership, you can do so by logging into your membership account and going into My Craft Room > Account Settings. Please also notify us at hello@liagriffith.com so we can update our records also.

Q. HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

A. You can update your payment method by going into My Craft Room > Account Settings > Payment.
