Q. HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
A. We’d hate to see you leave, but should you decide to discontinue your membership, this is very simple to do at any time by going into My Craft Room > Account Settings > Subscription. Click the “Cancel Account” button at the bottom of this page. You will have access to your account until the end of this billing cycle. We appreciate your membership and we hope you will join us again in the future! We will always guarantee to offer 40+ new project downloads every month, so if you get the creativity bug again in the future, please stop by and say hello!

Q. HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE TO YOUR EMAIL NEWSLETTER?
A. If you would also like to stop receiving our daily newsletter, you can do so by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of those emails.

Q. IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUBSCRIBING AND BEING A MEMBER?
A. Yes. You can subscribe to our daily newsletter to receive free inspiration, ideas, and tutorials in your email inbox. Creating a membership allows you to download any of our daily DIY patterns, templates and SVG files to your computer at home.

Q. WHAT COMES WITH MY MEMBERSHIP? 
A. By creating a membership, you will gain access to our entire library of downloads, including templates, printables, and SVG files. You will also have access to a detailed materials list and enumerated instructions for each crafting project. We currently have hundreds of downloads available, with over 40 new downloads added each month. With membership you can develop your craft skills and create handmade projects to be truly proud of.  

Q. WHAT ARE MY MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?
A. There are two options for membership: a monthly membership and an annual membership. You can create a monthly membership for $10/month, or pay for less than 10 months with annual membership at $99/year! PLEASE NOTE: When one creates a membership, the membership will continue automatically until that person decides to cancel it.

Q. CAN I BUY A ONE-MONTH MEMBERSHIP?
A. All memberships are ongoing, so you cannot buy a membership for a specific amount of time. If you would like to maintain a membership for one month only, you should set a reminder for yourself to cancel before the end of your first billing cycle. You can cancel at any time and your membership will continue until your currently paid billing cycle ends. 

Q. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE A MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A. We currently accept payment via credit card, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Account Information Questions

Q. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
A. Canceling your account means that you will lose access to your membership downloads once your current paid billing cycle ends. No need to worry about losing access immediately! Once you cancel your account, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email to ensure that you have successfully canceled. 

Q. HOW CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT MY BILLING CYCLE?
A. To find out when your current billing cycle ends, you can look under My Craft Room > Account Settings > Subscription. Here it will show you “Subscription Active Until:” This date constitutes the beginning of your next billing cycle.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
A. If you would like to change the email address associated with your membership, you can do so by going into My Craft Room > Account Settings > Personal Details. PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons, you will not be able to change your username. Your username will remain as your original email address. Changing your email address will simply change the email address to which website correspondence will be sent.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
A. If your credit card was stolen or you have received a new credit card number, you can input this new number by going into My Craft Room > Account Settings > Payment.

Cutting Machine and Design Questions

Q. WHY CAN I NOT UPLOAD MY FILE IN CRICUT DESIGN SPACE?
A. Cricut Design Space only allows you to upload .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .svg or .dxf files. We almost only exclusively use .svg files on our website. PDFs will NOT be able to be uploaded to Design Space.
After downloading the zip file from our website to your desktop, double click to unzip the file. In Design Space, go to Upload Images > Upload Image and select to upload the desired .svg file from your desktop.

Q. WHAT SIZE SHOULD THE PROJECT BE IN DESIGN SPACE?
A. With Design Space’s recent update, our .svg files will be uploaded as the correct size into Design Space. On occasion, the score lines might be a bit off so you will need to adjust (this is a Design Space bug).

Q. HOW DO I USE YOUR .SVG FILES ON MY SILHOUETTE?
A. You will need to purchase the Silhouette Designer Edition, which gives you the ability to upload your own files.

Q. HOW DO YOU CUT FELT ON THE CRICUT?
A. We cut our felt by hand! Cutting with felt on the Cricut requires you to back your felt with a stiffener, which will not work for our projects.

Q. HOW DO I GROUP AND UN-GROUP LAYERS IN YOUR .SVG FILES?
A. There is some information on this at the Cricut Support page.

Q. HOW DO I USE THE SCORE?
A. You can find information on how to use the score tool on Cricut.

Note: our score lines in the .svg files are usually magenta colored.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE TOOLS?
A. We design on mac and use illustrator CC. We print on an office laser printer. We love our Low temp glue guns and permanent glue dot rollers.

Q. WHY IS ADOBE PRINTING SO SMALL?
A. Sometimes when downloading our templates, the PDF will downsize after saving. You can fix this by resizing the PDF. For example, if you are using Adobe Reader, you should see a drop down menu at the top of the screen with a percentage. If you change this to “Actual Size”, it should solve the issue.
