   I only have Italian crepe paper so I stretched it before cutting 🙂

   If you only have heavy crepe paper can you get away with this

      You can make these flowers with heavy crepe paper, but there is a real difference between the final look and feel. If you need to use the heavy for the extra-fine and double-sided flowers, I would recommend you first stretch the paper.
