This Cardstock Paper Flower Crown is all about working small. Rather than creating one large focal flower, you'll build a collection of petite blossoms and greenery from cardstock. Then, help the details pop with subtle touches of PanPastel to add color and dimension to the petals and leaves. We chose soft pinks, fresh greens, and white for a romantic garden-inspired palette; however, this design is super easy to personalize with your favorite colors.
As you assemble your crown, keep in mind, the goal is not perfection or symmetry. Cluster a few blossoms together, tuck greenery between them, and leave other sections of the rustic wire visible. That way, the crown keeps its airy, organic quality rather than becoming too full or formal. And lastly, long strands of ribbon at the back add movement and a soft finishing touch.

The ribbon ties at the back give you some flexibility when fitting and securing the crown. Before adding all your flowers, it's also a good idea to check the size of your wire base and adjust it as needed.
