Become a MemberI love any excuse to celebrate, and birthdays are certainly something worth celebrating! Completing one year of your life and beginning a new year can be very exciting. To add a festive and effortless touch to your party, download and make our birthday cake toppers and celebrate your special day in style!
Our birthday cake toppers download includes the messages “Hooray” and “Happy Birthday” in a pretty script font, numbers 0-9 to create any age, and adorable little balloon shapes. Use the PDF below if you are cutting by hand, or the SVG version if you will be using a cutting machine. Cut these shapes and phrases out on card stock for cake toppers that will stay sturdy and won’t get greasy from the cake. We chose a glitter gold card stock for our messages and pink card stock for our balloons, so take your pick from your favorite hues! You should find a nice selection of card stock colors and textures at any local craft store. Once you have your birthday cake toppers cut out, you simply have to use a bit of hot glue to attach the card stock pieces to skewers or dowels that you can stick right into your cake. This is such an easy project that will add so much flair to an ordinary cake! These birthday cake toppers can also be used for any congratulatory celebration. Use the “Hooray” topper for a graduation party, retirement party, or house warming party!

If you are looking for other ways to dress up your birthday cake, browse some of our favorite paper flower blooms like our apple blossoms, anemones, and roses. Wishing you the very best for a happy birthday! ~ Lia

How can I change the text on Horray to Forty? I’m a new Cricut Explore Air 2 user.
Hi Kathy! Our SVG files are not editable. You can design your own though! Cricut’s YouTube channel and customer service can guide you best on how to use their software.
Hello Lia,
Can you tell me what flowers are those you used on the cake. They look amazing!
Thanks
Thank you! The flowers are a project we created for Cricut and Michaels, which we thought would be available for public use by now but unfortunately aren’t. The pattern is very similar to our apple blossom, and we used the Cricut Pearl Paper sampler (Coral, Lilac, Moss, Forest and Cream).
Never mind my earlier post! Just learned I could buy individual sheets at Michael’s. I was looking on Amazon.
Wonderful!!
can’t wait to meet your new flowers …..when they come out. Love it.
Thank you so much Laura! I am excited too 🙂
