Was about to purchase the kit, but I see that it only comes in coral and it simply won’t go with my decor. It would be nice to be able to choose from a few different colors. Your work is absolutely beautiful!!! I’ll be on the lookout for future workshops.

Hi Paula! You can always choose another color of extra-fine crepe paper for your peonies! You just need two sheets of crepe paper per flower that you want to make. Here are all of our colors if you want to take a look: https://feltpaperscissors.com/product-category/extra-fine-crepe-single-colors/

Hi Lia, just wondering if the kit is available to purchase in the UK please? Alternatively, if your pack of extra fine crepe paper will work? I have the secret garden pack…would the sizes of the sheets in this pack work as an alternative? Thank you ☺️

    1. Lia Griffith March 17, 2022 at 8:00am

We do ship to the UK from our shop, though for smaller orders the shipping costs could be a lot. You can use any extra fine crepe paper but note that you will need 2 rolls of the petal color for each flower. You could mix two colors, maybe the coral and honeysuckle. That would make a lovely flower.

quick question – do you need the cricut MAKER cutting machine, or can I use the cricut EXPLORE AIR? (or a good pair of scissors – LOL)

    Reply
    1. Lia Griffith March 6, 2022 at 10:02pm

For this flower, I do not use a cutting machine for the crepe at all. The petals are large and you need every inch of crepe. I only use the cutting machine for the card stock centers. In the video for the workshop, I will show you exactly how to cut with scissors (there is a great time-saving trick). 🙂
