Though seen as a tasty treat today, throughout history, figs have been revered for their symbolic meaning. For example, these sweet fruits represent fertility, prosperity, and peace across cultures. Additionally, in ancient times, they symbolized wisdom and featured in many rituals and celebrations. Cultivated for thousands of years in the Mediterranean, figs remind us to cherish life's bountiful gifts, whether they grace our tables or brighten our homes.

why can’t I open this file as a pdf or jpg
Hello Chris! The download button will put the complete zipped folder into your Download Folder on your computer. Double click to unzip and you will find the PDFs inside. If you do not have a cutting machine, you can delete the SVG.
Amazing work!
Thank you! Hope you love making these figs. 🙂
Really nice to hear you are coming to the UK. Please keep us posted on your plans of your visit
Yes! We just sent out the first email today giving some details.
If you use the larger egg then should we cut the paper longer to wrap it? Also, the different shade of green on each side of the leaves provides the natural look of shading as the sun would hit the leave in nature.
Yes, you can adjust the crepe size for the larger egg. Spot on about the sun on the leaves. 🙂
This Member Make was fabulous. Can’t wait to make some fig branches.
Thanks! I loved seeing how simple they are to make. And, excited to make an arrangement!
I love figs, which unfortunately are unavailable most of the time, where we live, but would definitely love to make a couple branches and keep looking at them everyday.
They are so pretty. 🙂
Are there wires in all of the leaf parts or just the largest part of the leaf
Join us tomorrow or watch the replay of our LIVE class. Once that is complete, Meagan will also post the photo tutorial.

Would you ever consider doing a Member Make on a Saturday? I understand loving a M-F work week, but it would be nice for some of us to catch you live on a weekend every once in a while. Thanks for your consideration.
That would be fun to do a weekend LIVE. I will keep that in mind and share it with the team.
Can’t wait to make this!!
Me too!! 🙂
Thank you for this beautiful project!
You are welcome! Hope to see you at the LIVE event. 🙂
Bonjour Lia, je découvre les travaux du mois d’octobre, le papier extra fin expresso peux- t’ il convenir pour le figues en remplacement du papier caffe? Merci
Yes, the espresso and caffe are two very similar colors so either will work.
