Lia, why am I getting “you have an unsupported file type” when I try to add an uploaded image?
I am guessing you are referring to Cricut Design Space? If so, I am also guessing you have not uncompressed your SVG file from the ZIP. Simply double-click on the file and it will open. Here is a full video that goes through it step-by-step. https://liagriffith.com/craft-academy/how-to-use-files-cricut/
Thank you! I changed browsers. Works great now.
Fantastic! I will remember that suggestion for others.
Hi!
I can’t download any of the SVGs . The error message reads “Failed” Help! Please? I’ve disabled the firewall. I have restarted my computer. One of the instructions, was to get in touch with the creater of the files. Thank you
Hello Joanna. It seems to work for me so I am guessing it is your browser.
Hi Lia and Team!
I’m a little confused about the SVG pile one I upload it into Design Space. I’m seeing 2 green parts its wanting to cut, one is a solid rectangle and the other is the pattern for the rosemary. Do I overlay the patter over the solid green part? I hope this wasn’t confusing. If so, I can message you guys privately with pictures…
Hi Erin,
Lay the rosemary cut over the solid rectangle as it is shown when loaded into design space. Then select both and attach for cutting. You will get two rosemary cuts this way! 🙂
Thank you! That’s what I thought I needed to do but wanted to make sure!
I used the Cricut Maker to cut these out. The best part about this template is that you get double the leaves from the cut! Just trim the leftover clippings slightly and you have almost no crepe paper waste!
Yes great idea!
Can’t wait to make this!
Lia
