Steps
- Gather the tools and materials listed above.
- Cut long strip of black felt. Glue onto your wire headband to cover.
- Cut out the two felt pieces. Cut the wire to size to keep your crown upright, then glue the two sides together with the wire in middle.
- Glue to attach the web to your headband.
