Become a MemberToday we are sharing these printable note cards and address labels that you can use for sending personal notes to your friends and family members. This is a simple way to make someone’s day—and make yourself feel good, too!
Our maker Meagan designed these printable note cards and labels to complement the weekly planner we just shared. The colors are a little different, but they both feature hand-drawn abstract designs and rainbow shapes. Just download the PDF below and print out what you need!
Brighten their Day
While handwritten notes feel like a rarity these days, taking the time to send them shows how much you care! A thoughtful text or email is nice, of course, but a handwritten note feels more special. It’s also something that can be kept and treasured—or displayed as a daily reminder of that message and who it’s from. You can thank someone for a gift or a considerate gesture, congratulate them on a meaningful achievement, or just let them know you miss them and are thinking of them.
If they live nearby, you could also drop off a handmade gift to go with your note. Or maybe some paper flowers that they can keep forever! There are all sorts of ways to brighten someone’s day or make them feel loved. And we have plenty of DIY ideas for how to do that! Of course, if you have any suggestions for a project or printable you don’t see on our site, just let us know.
Along with our printable note cards and address labels, the template below includes matching envelopes that you can print and fold at home—as well as some fun stickers you (or your kids) can use. If you like this stationery set, let us know in the comments below! Enjoy! ~ Lia and team
Printing Instructions
To edit the details on your printable notecards and address label, you’ll need to download these two free fonts—Roboto and Alexander Lettering. Then print out what you plan on using. We recommend printing your notecards and envelopes onto plain white cardstock. For the address and return stickers, you can print onto full-sheet label paper or sticker paper.

Yes! This is free. You can download them with the buttons at the end of the post.
How can I download without paying?
Amy
Hi Amy,
We are a membership website and our downloads are not available for free as we must pay our wonderful staff to continue creating beautiful projects.
These are beautiful! How do I go about changing the names/addresses? I downloaded the two fonts you mentioned. I also checked to see if they went into design space, and they did. Would love to send some handwritten notes out to family and friends whom I miss seeing so much during our state’s stay at home order. Thank you.
Hi Shirl,
The PDF is editable, if you open it in acrobat or adobe reader you will be able to edit the addresses and names 🙂
Thank You. Love the font
