Become a MemberThe independent ice cream parlor here in Portland gets particularly busy this time of year. From early afternoon through to late evening there seems to be a constant stream of dessert lovers lining up to sample the latest flavors on offer. Last summer I realized that those wanting to purchase a whole pint (or two!) of ice cream get to jump the queue, which is great because not only do I get to nip in and out of the store in less than five minutes, it also means I get to enjoy more than one helping of my favorite frozen treat at home – yummy! Buying my fave ice cream by the pint also gave me the idea to hold an ice cream social party this summer. What better way to enjoy the delicious ice creams from our local maker than by throwing a little garden party at home? In this post you’ll find everything you need to throw your own ice cream social at home (minus the ice cream and toppers of course :-). Below are PDF’s and SVG cut files for sugar cone wrappers, pretty popcorn cones, a beautiful printable banner, super cute doggie straw toppers, paper hats, stickers and labels. We have even designed customizable and “write in” invitations so you can begin planning your own ice cream social right away. We would LOVE to know how your ice cream social goes, so feel free to share your pics on Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest using the hashtag #DIYDreamingWithLia. Have fun, and enjoy! ~ Lia

This is so CUTE!!!!! by any chance would consider making a kitten party theme next 🙂 the puppy one is just to whimsical but kitten lovers need a theme as well
Thank you! A kitty party would be adorable. We do have some sweet graphics now that we just completed this project 🙂
Do you have SVG files for the super cute doggie straw toppers? Thank you!
Hi Jessica! So sorry, we cut the dog straw toppers by hand for this one.
This is just darling!!! You did a fantastic job!!! 🙂
Could you lend me some advice? I am the maid of honor in my best friend’s wedding in a few weeks – I am throwing her a bridal shower with an ice cream sundae bar and have no idea how to plan quantity of toppings and sauces for 30 people…suggestions? Thank you! 🙂
I usually buy too much, better too much than too little I guess:-)
Thank you so much, I’m happy you like it! I always plan to have enough for each guest to have one serving, knowing there will be some extra. Have fun! 🙂
Lia,
These are some of the cutest creations I’ve seen. And that’s saying a lot, because ALL of your work is absolutely WONDERFUL!! I’m always telling people about your website & bragging on you. 🙂

Thank you for the love and for recommending me:-)
Hi Lia,
These are great! Just one question though – what font should be downloaded for the pdf?
We used Museo 😉

This was a favorite in the office, and yes we ate all the ice-cream and popcorn after the photo shoot;-)
Thank you so much for this huge party pack!
I can’t wait to start our “Kids Street Bazaar” with this Ice Cream Buffet. (*Kids Street Bazaar, is a market where children can sell their old toys, homemade things and playing games in the street…no driving cars allowed that day)
The weather is not up to it yet, but that gives me time to get it to perfection.
Again….awesome thanks!
Regards, Elvira (from The Netherlands)
