Layered Paper Otomi Art
Layered and Amazing
We have something truly wonderful to share with you this month! Our May collection is full of crafts inspired by the rich and colorful tapestry of Latin American culture. One of our favorites from this collection is our Layered Paper Otomi Art – a delightful homage to the traditional Otomi embroidery style popular throughout Mexico. We love layered paper art as a simple way to switch up your seasonal decor, but using it to highlight the rich folk art traditions of other cultures makes it feel extra special.

Creating this stunning Layered Paper Otomi Art is easier than you might think, especially with the right tools at your fingertips. While we recommend using a cutting machine for precision, if you prefer the hands-on approach, your trusty detail scissors will do the trick just fine. So, gather up your tools and materials and let’s get crafting!
Even if the name "Otomi" is new to you, you've probably seen these eye-catching designs! This vibrant folk art hails from the Otomi people in central Mexico. Hi
I have just been given a monthly membership from my daughter for my birthday so as I have not had a membership for a couple of years a bit rusty on using the site.
Every time I try to press download nothing happens so not sure where it is downloading to.?
Welcome back Christine! We have put all of the into into one folder. Since it is zipped, when you download (some computers show this, others do not) it will land in the download folder on your computer. Double check there and let me know if you are finding everything. Happy Birthday!
Colors are beautiful.
I am loving these bright colors!
