This post should carry a warning label: cute overload! Our designer, Krista, designed and made these adorable felt hair accessories and brooches this week and we just can’t get enough of them. Each of our felt hair accessories is made using a selection of wool felt, but the beauty of this project is that it’s so teeny you can gather up all your old scraps of fabric to create them – making them the perfect eco-craft!
Simply download the templates below, cut your fabric and assemble as pictured, using a mix of glue and stitch. Then fill with a bit of stuffing to bring them to life!
Glue or stitch a bobby pin, hair clip, hair band or brooch fastening to the back to create whichever kind of accessory you want to make. These adorable little felt creatures would also make great DIY gift toppers or keychains, you could re-size the template to create a set of cute little stuffy’s or assemble them without the stuffing and use them as great appliqué art for t-shirts or totes – don’t limit your imagination!

All my patterns are copyright for personal use only and projects made with these cannot be sold for profit. Have to protect my designs:-)
