We are in love with these papercut lacy lanterns that Lindsay designed! As you can see, her design features beautifully intricate details, similar to an actual lace pattern. And to complement our purple color palette, she chose a light lavender frosted paper.

Because of the intricate design, we recommend using a cutting machine for this project. You can find our SVG file below along with a PDF template if you do want to cut by hand.

Ooh la lacy

These papercut lacy lanterns would be perfect for a bridal shower, wedding, or other special event. They are a quick and easy way to dress up your table, and you could even create a gorgeous centerpiece by adding a wreath around them along with some paper flowers. If you need ideas, you can see how we styled our lanterns below with our fern wreath and some crepe paper clematis blooms.

As always, we like variation. So our pattern below includes three different lantern sizes. When you’re done crafting your papercut lacy lanterns, you can add some flameless candles to create a more cozy and intimate setting. We have linked the ones we used below, but you can always use tea lights if you don’t want your candles to show.
