Become a MemberI always like to have a new quote at the first of the year to print and frame as art. This year I chose this quote from Pablo Picasso that really touched my heart. I feel it is exactly in alignment with my vision and a great message to see daily. I designed this quote to print both dark grey with a gold foil style print and on white with the gold foil look. I chose the grey for my frame (that I gold foiled) and added a pretty polka dot backer with a piece of gold gift wrap I purchased at Paper Source. This piece will be hanging in my newly updated bathroom (bathroom tour next Tuesday) and the white print added to my office cork board. Easy and meaningful art. You can download and print either or both PDF styles below by using the buttons at the end of the post. Enjoy! ~ Lia

Wow beautiful!! I didn’t know Pablo Picasso said that. It’s really inspiring. Thanks and can’t wait to see your bathroom.
He surprised me too. 😉
I think this quote speaks of you and the generous sharing of your talents. This printable is lovely.
Thanks Lisa. Maybe that is why it touched me so. 🙂
What size frame did you use? Thanks so much, love this!
I used a 12×16 inch frame from Michaels. It did not have a mat, so I filled the space with the dotted wrap and attached the quote to the center.
Beautiful words, Lia – thank you VERY much!
I also happen to have some gold foiling, so my project is set for this weekend.
I am addicted to gold foil. 😉
Thank you for this, it is a nice quote and beautifully done.
Thanks Shannon! 🙂
