The 21-Day Heartflow Journal
Hello Friend!
Welcome to the Heartflow Journal experience! I created this 21-day journal as a personal practice—a way to reset my nervous system, calm my mind, and step back into a flow state.
In full transparency, as a small business owner, I have been overwhelmed with how to remain sustainable in these odd economic times. I have been teetering on creative burnout, and this has affected my health and challenged my immune system these last four months. But I am up for the challenge; we are all magical beings who can create the life we love. It is time to refocus attention and restore heart and mind coherence.
Will you join me?
You can download the complete journal here. Then print it two-sided onto a nice paper (I like a thicker, smoother paper to write), and bind it into a book, or use the PDF as a prompt and write in your own journal.
I've used this journal as a tool for reconnecting with my emotions, restoring balance, and realigning with my purpose—and now I’m excited to share it with you. Let’s make this a 21-day experience of renewed JOY, creative connection, and gratitude!
Over the next 21 days, this journal will guide us through simple yet powerful prompts designed to help us cultivate gratitude, compassion, and joy—emotions proven to bring our hearts and brains into harmony.
This state of coherence doesn’t just feel good; it’s scientifically shown to boost resilience, improve focus, and open the door to deeper intuition and creativity. This theory has been something I have been studying for years, and now I want to share my process with you.
When we bring our hearts and minds into sync, we create space for inspiration to flow freely. In this state, we reconnect with our creative energy—the part of us that dreams, imagines, and envisions what’s possible. Whether you’re looking to spark new ideas, develop meaningful projects, or design a life that reflects your most authentic desires, this journal supports you every step of the way.
Through this practice, you’ll gain clarity and calm and begin to tap into your ability to create the life you love. You’ll step into creative flow by aligning your emotions and thoughts.
Whether you’re here to find clarity, reduce stress, or create more moments of peace in your day, this journal is your space to pause, breathe, and tune in. I encourage you (and myself) to approach each prompt with curiosity and kindness—toward yourself and your journey.
Let’s begin this practice together!
Start: February 14th—the day of love!
End: March 7th
We'll begin this journey of building gratitude and self-compassion on Valentine's Day, a perfect day to recommit to your creative practice. Over 21 days, we'll build strength, resilience, and curiosity. We'll discover new creative pathways in our brains and make space in our hearts for new discoveries and JOY. We'll end the day before International Women's Day, just in time to celebrate all of the renewed creative energy and JOY flowing through YOU and back into this world!
If you're willing, come share your insights and process in Crafters—our free community of crafters and creatives who are all so lovely and empowering and ready to celebrate YOU!
I'll be sharing more of my process there, too. I'd love to see you there.
Here’s to 21 days of flow, connection, creativity, and inner calm.
With a heart full of gratitude,
Lia

Back to the TopI’ve never done journaling, so it may be a new fun for me.
I like having the prompts. It makes it fun!
I’m in!! I love to journal ☺️
Yay! I am excited to start tomorrow.
I’m not good at journaling consistently, started when I was young and life kept getting in the way. I eventually gave up. I figure since this is short term, maybe I can be a little more successful and learn to listen to my heart and improve myself in the process! 😊
I love it! I am actually excited to use the prompts. 🙂
Sounds like a fantastic time! I’m All In! Thank You!
