Vintage Airmail Moving Announcement
Making a move? Print our moving announcement cards and tell your loved ones about your new home. We have two fun versions for you to choose from. The first is a folded card that looks like a moving box.
Goodies You Can't Google
You've found a member-exclusive project. But for less than the price of a fancy coffee... You'll get instant access to this and over 2,000 other premium projects inside the Lia Griffith membership!
Become a MemberWe designed this for you to print on white paper with a brown box print or you can use the other version to print onto a kraft card stock. Once you trim, just fold like a box and use the backside to mail.
The second option is a simple postcard. There is something terribly romantic about vintage airmail so this moving announcement card is inspired by the rousing memories of travel and adventure and are the perfect way to tell everyone about your new home. These cards can be printed at home which means you can print out as many as you need.
For either cards, begin by downloading the free font King first. Open our PDF on the right hand side at the top of this post and edit the text box with your own information. Once you are happy with the details, simply print onto your white (or kraft for the optional version) and trim to size.

Hi Lia, these are so adorable and creative! Can you tell me if these can be mailed, folded this way or do they need to placed in an envelope?
Thank you!
Rosemary
Thanks!! We mailed them this way, but did use a little extra tape along the side to make sure it wouldn’t be a problem. I always recommend sending a test through the mail first!
Hi
Is there anyway you can make this for me ( the post card) I haven set up my printer yet
Unfortunately we don’t do any custom orders, we simply post templates for our readers to use at their convenience
This is SO adorable and creative!! I want to move now just to use this! 😉
Love it!!! ♥
