Winter Greetings in a Summer Color Palette
Are you celebrating winter citrus season yet?! In a sea of gloomy clouds and powdery snow, bright citrus-y hues are giving us the mini staycation that we’ve been craving at Lia Griffith HQ lately. Next in our Winter Citrus Series of projects is this gorgeous set of printable citrus stationery, which includes greeting cards and complementary envelopes. The winter months can feel isolating being cooped up inside, so sending a little loving note to a friend or family member is the perfect way to brighten your day (and theirs!). Plus, this stationery set was a fabulous way to turn my original watercoloring into something even more beautiful!
Printing Your Citrus Stationery
As with all of our greeting cards, we recommend printing onto white cardstock. There are two cards per sheet, and you can use a paper cutter for more precise trimming. We left a small white border around the citrus designs, but you are also welcome to trim the border away if you prefer. The card is blank inside, so these can be great for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, or you can simply use them to write letters to loved ones near and far.
Matching Envelopes
After the card is trimmed, it will be a standard A2 size. You can head down to your local stationery store to pick out a pretty matching envelope, or browse some of the colors from our favorite online resource Paper-Papers. We also included a striped watercolor envelope that you can download below. Print this onto text weight paper so that it is easier to fold, or use cardstock for a sturdier material that can go through the mail. Once you print you can fold and secure the envelopes together with a glue dot roller or glue stick.
