Become a MemberWe have been sharing our woodland themed children’s birthday party decor and paper goods and today I wanted to share our cute matching birthday party place cards. Our color palette of teal, burnt orange and rose pink is the perfect combination for either a little boy or girl and every project we are sharing is easily printable at home – making this the perfect birthday party set.
Our 6 designs feature a paper cut animal at the top of each card – the same cute woodland animals that featured on our printable birthday party invitations. If you have a cutting machine, use the SVG file below to cut your animal place cards onto a variety of teal, coral and pink card stock. I have also included a PDF file for those who would like to cut by hand. Simply print the templates onto your colored card and cut with a craft knife. Easy as pie!
Once your place cards are cut, you can fold them along the center and write the names of the guests using chalk or a chalk pen as we did. Check out our matching printable Happy Birthday banner then follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to find out when we will be sharing the rest in our Woodland Animal Birthday Party goods. We have cupcake toppers, straw huggers, gift bags, wrapping paper, a cute bunting cake topper and a collection of matching stickers to come! Enjoy! ~ Lia

I have been trying to create a place card design ,similar to this for my wedding guests, but using a bird design to coordinate with our stationary. I have to admit I am stuck. Using Cricut Design Space I can weld the bird to the top of a rectangle, but then if I try to add the rear rectangle I can’t seem to change the fold line from a cut to a score, or just remove that line altogether. Do you have any tips?
Many thanks.
I always make my designs in Illustrator because Design Space can be a bit limiting. So I’m not too knowledgeable on this. I would try speaking with Cricut customer support for this! Best of luck!
Love them! Thank you!
