Become a MemberWelcome to summer! I am thinking that with the upcoming summer outings, beach trips and sleepovers, a cute tote is the perfect thing for just about anyone. For these four totes, Lindsay and I designed different looks that we then cut with my Cricut Explore from glitter iron-on and added to plain white cotton tote bags. So cute and simple to make. You can download the SVG files that will work on both the Cricut Explore or the Silhouette. Please remember that these files are for personal use only. For those of you here in Portland who are joining me on Saturday for the Cricut party. . . these are the main projects we are making, so you will get to take your own version home! Cheers ~ Lia

I bought a black canvas bag a few months ago. I don’t like what it says anymore. Is there any way to remove the glitter iron on?
Thank you.
Unfortunately, I don’t think so– at least we haven’t discovered a way!
Hi lia it’s me again one more important question please tell me with cricut Magic machine can we add Greek don’t like from dafont.com
So let’s say I would want a project with Greek letters will I be able to do it Σαγαπαω this is I love you in Greek font let me know please respond to me with my email
You can certainly add Greek letters to any template that can be edited. You can also create your own file, just make sure that it is a vector file so that the Cricut can cut it!
Hi lia happy new year I would like to know how you made the create bag why material did you use ? Also with cricut can I print on burlap and wood ?
Unfortunately you can’t use your Cricut to cut burlap or wood
Hi ! I really like the mat create bag what did you use LIa was it vinyl ?
I used iron-on material from Cricut 🙂
Really nice!!
Thank you!
These are so pretty!
Regarding the bags, can you be specific as to which ones you ordered from that site? I see a few different weights and have been burned before buying extremely thin ones online. Yours look great in your pictures (not see through, which mine were).
Thanks in advance!
Gosh that was so long ago. I found them on Amazon, but don’t remember the vendor.
Where would I find the Jpeg file to these beauties?
Sorry, for these we only offered the svg file.
Hello Lia! These are so cute! And I really love the fox 🙂 Could you send me the jpg files, please?
Regards from Spain,
Lucía
Hi Lucia! I only have the svg file, it is a hard pattern to cut by hand:(
How can we get a jpeg of these? They won’t open up on my pc 🙁
SVG files are cut files for a cutting machine. Are you planning to cut them by hand?
Could you please send them to me a jpg in case I can’t figure out how to do it? I’d so appreciate it Lia. And thanks so much.
That I can do!
It seems my HP printer has some kind of software to print the SVG files since I don’t have one of those machines. Now I just have to figure out how to reverse the lettering so I can print out for the totes. I’ve got a nice piece of drop cloth so will make my own totes. Thanks so much Lia, so appreciate your sharing all the talent and time. Happy weekend
That is very clever! If you want these as a JPG, just let me know. Easy to do.
Love the glitter effect on every each of them! My personal favorite would be the fox!
It is adorable! Glitter makes everything look better. haha!
LOVE these!
Thanks! I am keeping one of each. 😉
How fun!! You did an awesome job.
Thanks! Fun to make!
thank you! 🙂
You are so welcome!
These are great Lia. I also love the Create bag. Thanks for doing the SVG file.
You are welcome Sandy! I just love them all!
Where did you purchase the plain totes?
I found them on this site. For the price they are nice quality and shipped quickly too. http://www.ingreetings.com/regcomtshir.html
These are so cute!! I agree that the create one is fabulous.
Thanks Alexis!
Hi Lia, these are so cute! I don’t have a Cricut or Silhouette machine but I’m wondering if you’ve ever worked with the inkjet iron-on transfer papers, and if so, do you have a preferred brand? Thanks!
I have tried the iron on but it has been a long time. I will bet the quality has improved too. Give it a try.
These are really awesome! I love the ‘Create’ one. 🙂 Thank you for sharing!
Thanks! I just had to design one with that word. 😉
