Small details make a big difference when constructing these Felt Easter Bunny and Lamb Ear Headbands. So, this project is a good one for intermediate crafters looking to get more practice with embroidery and assembly. The gentle curve of the ears, the subtle layering of inner panels, and the clean finish along the headband all work together for an absolutely adorable finish. A bit of tacky glue can help hold everything in place before sewing, making the construction process smooth and stress-free.
These headbands are wonderful for kids and adults alike. Make a set for Easter morning photos, craft a pair for classroom celebrations, or create matching bunny and lamb ears for siblings and friends. You can keep the colors classic with soft whites and blush pinks, or experiment with pastels for a more playful twist.
Beyond Easter Sunday, these felt ears are perfect for spring dress-up bins and imaginative play. They’re lightweight, comfortable to wear, and sturdy enough to become a favorite seasonal accessory year after year. Add them to your collection of felt toys for hours of imaginary fun and adventure—no batteries required.
So if you’re ready to add a little hop to your spring crafting lineup, these Felt Easter Bunny and Lamb Ears Headbands are the perfect place to start. When your ears are stitched and ready to wear, share your creations with us in the crafters’ community and on social using #MadeWithLia.

Back to the TopYou are right Lia – these are perfect! The bind wire a much much better idea than me using the floral wire. Good grief, that is why you and the team are in charge! Still going to add a few felt flowers in the middle.
Great projects this month. I bought the new double sided crepe paper, colors are gorgeous.
Thank you!
Haha! We are always trying to improve. 🙂
We thought about adding flowers, but did not, so I am really happy that you are going to do that. Share photos!
How do you attach the two sides of the ears to one another and to the headband? I didn’t see any instructions on how to do so. Very cute!
You can use white craft glue. For felt, we suggest Aleene’s. https://feltpaperscissors.com/product/tacky-glue/
