How Can I Pay for My Membership?
You can pay for membership using a debit or credit card or via PayPal. Once you become a member, you will automatically be charged every 30 or 365 days, depending on your membership plan. Should you decide to discontinue your membership, this is very simple to do at any time via My Craft Room.

Is Subscribing to the Newsletter the Same as Creating a Membership?
No. Subscribing to the newsletter will keep you updated on our daily projects and studio news, but you will only be able to download our library of templates, cut files, and printables by becoming a member.

If I’m Paying for a Membership can I Resell the Printables and Patterns or the Projects I’ve Made?
No, most of our designs, including all of our printables and patterns, are owned by Lia Griffith Media and are not for resale in any capacity. We do offer the opportunity to license our crepe paper flower patterns via Lia’s Crepe Paper Flower Circle. You can find out more about that here. Do I Need any Special Crafting Equipment Like a Cutting Machine to Become a Member?
No, we appeal to crafters of all levels and abilities. Many of our patterns include SVG cut files for use with cutting machines. However, we also include PDFs on most of these patterns so you can cut your projects by hand if you’d like. Additionally we include a list of tools and materials for each project so you know exactly what you need before you start.

Why Was my Membership Declined?
If your membership was declined it usually has to do with the credit card information you entered. Often it is due to a typo, expired payment method, or the availability of funds at the time of payment. Please double check the information with your bank and verify you entered the correct credit card number, expiration date and CCV code.

How do I Cancel my Membership?
We’d hate to see you leave, but should you decide to discontinue your membership, this is very simple to do by going into My Craft Room > Account Settings > Subscription. Please note this cancellation will take effect on your next renewal date, rather than the date on which you cancelled your membership.
