Become a MemberWho doesn’t love news of a new baby? And throwing a baby shower is the perfect way to celebrate the impending arrival. Our DIY baby shower cake toppers are designed to help you celebrate in style. In three different designs these printable patterns read “It’s a Girl!”, “It’s a Boy!” and “Hello Baby!”. We cut ours onto a selection of rose pink, teal and navy blue card stock but as long as you use card, you could cut onto whichever color you choose. If you have a cutting machine simply use the SVG file below to print and cut. If you want to cut the pattern by hand, download the PDF to your computer and print onto your chosen card stock. You can then trim the pattern using a sharp craft knife.
Once your pattern is cut, you can attach a couple cocktail sticks to the back and pop it into your celebration cake – simple! If you love the cute hot air balloon gift wrap in these pictures stay tuned – we’ll be sharing that later this week! Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to see what inspiring DIY projects we are sharing next! See you there! ~ Lia

Is it possible to use a red cake cricut to cut a cake topper? I have two machines, I use one for edible cake decorations and the other to cut paper but I’ve only used cartridges. I haven’t found any cartridge for a baby shower cake topper.
Hi Marisela, our SVG files are only compatible with the Cricut Explore and Cricut Maker machines.
Hi, Im on a mac but the SVG file is downloading as a webpage. How can i solve this please?
Hi Katie, be sure you are not right clicking the download button. Just simple left-click and the SVG file will download as a zipped folder. Double-click on that folder to extract the SVG file.
I’m a newbie. Do you have a how-to on downloading for your .svg file? I have tried to click and download and they simply open as .svg DOCUMENT.
Welcome Donna! To download the SVG file, you just need to click the “download” button and it will download to your computer as a .ZIP file. If you’re on a Mac, you just double-click on the .zip folder, and it will extract the SVG. You can then upload that to Design Space. I hope that helps!
hi I’m trying to download but it just a blank pages
Make sure you’re downloading to your desktop, and not viewing the download in a web browser. Try a different browser if you’re still having trouble!
Hi Lia,
I keep getting a prompt that reads,” Safari cannot download the file”. Is there something wrong that I’m doing?
Juliet
It works for us. Maybe try using a different browser.
