The fun of these tiny flowers is in watching them bloom right at your fingertips. Start with crisp white cardstock, then add a soft sweep of pink PanPastel and yellow-green details to bring the petals to life. Crepe-covered stems add another layer of organic detail, while a little shaping gives each flower its natural dimension. Before long, all those petite blooms become beautifully airy and ready to perk up any arrangement.
Wax flowers are native to Australia, and their name comes from the slightly waxy appearance of their petals. A cutting machine will make cutting the many small pieces faster and more precise. However, you can also cut the pattern by hand using detail scissors.
