Steps
- Gather the tools and materials.
- Cut the stencil pattern from a sheet of clear acetate using a cutting machine. Cut acetate to 12″ x 24″ to fit the larger Cricut cutting mat.
- Place the stencil over the napkin and tape it into place. Use a sponge to apply paint.
- Repeat step 3 on the second half of the napkin and allow paint to dry.
