Tools:

• Cutting Machine
• 12″ x 24″ Cricut Cutting Mat
• Art Sponge

Materials:

• Chambray Napkins 
• Acetate Sheets
• Fabric Paint in White

Steps

1. Gather the tools and materials.
2. Cut the stencil pattern from a sheet of clear acetate using a cutting machine. Cut acetate to 12″ x 24″ to fit the larger Cricut cutting mat.
3. Place the stencil over the napkin and tape it into place. Use a sponge to apply paint.
4. Repeat step 3 on the second half of the napkin and allow paint to dry.
