I am one of those who would be happy to eat an avocado a day and sometimes I do. Since I prefer them sliced or chunky rather than mashed, this is the perfect chunky guacamole recipe for me. Of course you can create the same flavorful mix by using this recipe with a mashed avocado, just make sure you slice your onions and tomatoes very small.
