You may have noticed that we’ve been coming out with more clay crafts lately. Our past few collections have featured some beautiful clay bowls and trinket dishes. But with fall coming up, Meagan decided to switch things up for the season and make some clay candlestick holders.

Not only are they functional, but they also make pretty home decor! We have linked everything you need to create your own version below. Once you have what you need, just download our tutorial.

Feeling burned out? De-stress with a DIY craft!

Finding activities that soothe your soul is always a good idea. Lighting candles is a simple way to unwind at the end of your day. But crafting can also be very relaxing! These clay candlestick holders will hold tall taper candles and will work perfectly on your fireplace mantel or dining room table.

This is an easy DIY project and a fun one for kids to help out with, too! To personalize yours, you can pick a different color of clay. Or get white clay and paint your candlestick holders in whatever color you like using acrylic paint.

Crafting tips: If you choose to paint your clay candlestick holders, be sure to seal them with Mod Podge or Krylon Clear Spray. We used a clay that was already terra cotta colored, so once we sanded them smooth they were ready to display.
