This is the week that most of us will be putting up our Christmas tree and we love nothing more than to cover ours head to toe in handmade Christmas decorations. Our paper baubles can be made in any color or finish of paper that you choose, so you can make them to suit your Holiday tree theme. We are suckers for teal and so we made a collection of paper baubles in a variety of teal blues and glitter paper – delicious! With our pattern download below you can make three different sizes of these paper baubles. If you have a cutting machine you can click on the SVG file below and cut straight onto your chosen paper or card. If you will be cutting by hand then download the PDF below, cut out the templates and transfer to your chosen paper or card before trimming to size. Use the blade of your scissors to curl each piece of the ball then use a low temperature glue gun to secure the tops together. Make a loop using a length of ribbon and glue that to the top of the paper bauble. Simple!
If you are on the hunt for more handmade Christmas decorations, take a look over here. And don’t forget that you can follow us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to find out what we are sharing next. See you there! ~ Lia

What type of paper are you using?
A variety of cardstock and metallic papers found at Michaels– there’s a link at the bottom of the post to the brand 🙂
In order to cut some of your designs on the machine does one have to have the latest cricut?
You can use any Cricut Explores but unfortunately not the Cricut Expressions
