Become a MemberSpring is the perfect time to get your craft supplies out and make something special. We always love to share craft ideas that you can use as a treat yourself or as special gifts for birthdays, announcements, celebrations or any other special occasion. These pretty DIY Spring note cards are just in time for our readers in Europe as they make the perfect Mother’s Day gift. Great Britain and part of Europe are celebrating Mother’s Day on Sunday March 15th this year, where us US Mom’s have to wait until May 10th to put our feet up and let others spoil us for a day!
We are very lucky to have a wonderful new designer, Lindsay Zogas joining our team this week and her first mission was to design a set of pretty note cards that can be customized, printed and cut easily at home. And we just adore what she came up with. These floral watercolor designs are just perfect for this time of year. The anemone flower is one of our favorite spring blooms – it’s a wild flower with such strength and beauty yet is so playful and delicate at the same time. You can customize the note cards with your Mother’s name before you print and we’ve even included the pattern for a watercolor envelope and monogrammed stickers so you can create an entire note card set to give as a gorgeous gift. Or, like us, you can print out a few extra with your own name on and keep them on your desk to use whenever you feel the need to send a pretty note just from you. Enjoy! ~ Lia

Hello and thank you for the cards and envelopes. When cutting the envelope of Cricut, what dimensions should I use so it will fit the notecard?
Thank you
Hi! The notecards fit in a 4bar envelope size (3.625”x5.125”).
These are so darling. Just the answer for my year of Spending Diet. I will make cards and gifts and I only need this site. So many lovely things. Just a note to self and others who might benefit. I found that cutting the envelopes about and 1/8 to 1/4 inch out from the line -except on the flap- helped to make it a touch larger and the cards fit in a little better.
Thank you so much!! I am so happy to hear that you are enjoying the website! Great tip for the envelopes 🙂
Can I print then cut on the cricut?
Yes! Cricut does offer the print then cut feature 🙂
How do we change the name to someone else’s name on the cards or take the writing off altogether since this is pdf…can’t make changes to the writing?
This is an editable pdf. Once you have downloaded the file save it as a pdf in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader (the free version) . Then close your internet browser and open the pdf through the Adobe program to edit it.
These are gorgeous. Thank you for your generosity!
You are welcome, enjoy!

Yes it is a free download. It is a zip file so look on your computer for the download folder and it should be in there. Enjoy!

Hi! I adore these and want to make a set for my sister-in-law. I have a question about one of the fonts. I clicked on the “Lost Type” link, but it didn’t take me to a specific font, but rather a page with many fonts listed. Which one should I choose?
I used Klinic Slab
