Become a MemberHolidays are meant for indulging. To satisfy your Easter sweet tooth this year, we created these printable Easter Bunny treat bags that are great for your guests of all ages! My illustrator Krista put her skills to work designing this adorable Easter Bunny, which we also used for our precious Hoppy Easter card.
Use these Easter Bunny treat bags as party favors for your Easter Brunch guests, as prizes for your Easter Egg hunt participants, or for teachers to hand out to their students at their classroom Easter celebrations! They are such an easy way to be festive for the occasion. To make these treat bags, start by printing the PDF file below onto regular 8.5 x 11 copy paper. You have a choice between a blush pink treat bag and a light blue treat bag, which mimic Pantone’s 2016 colors of the year Rose Quartz and Serenity. After you cut out the PDF, first fold the side flap inward along the dotted score line. Next, fold the back of the treat bag over and attach it to the top of the side flap with double sided tape or a glue dot roller (see Shop this Project below!). To close the bottom, fold the bottom flap upward, and secure it with your glue dot roller. You now have yourself an Easter Bunny treat bag!
Leave the treat bag as is, or add some finishing touches if you are feeling creative. You can cut the opening of the bags with scallop-edged scissors to make them even more adorable. Use a circle punch to put some holes in the top of the bag and add some cute ribbon or baker’s twine. If you are giving these out as party favors, why not add some pretty floral spring gift tags that match the flower and polka dot designs of these treat bags? The Easter Bunny loves to give out all kinds of treats, so don’t be shy in filling these bags! Cadbury eggs are forever an Easter classic, and chocolate chip cookies are always a crowd favorite. If you are putting cookies or baked goods into the treat bag, make sure to wrap them in plastic wrap first so that the paper does not become greasy. Simple and delicious!
