As someone who comes from a big family, family is so important to me. And what better way to celebrate family than by hosting a family reunion! To me, reunions are all about barbecues, potlucks, fun games, and soaking in the sunshine while reminiscing over some of your best memories with your loved ones. Today I have these printable family reunion invitations that are perfect for the occasion. This project was inspired by a reader suggestion, and we are so grateful for our creative and supportive readers!
There are two designs of family reunion invitations to choose from, and each comes with a choice between two matching envelope liners. Because more is more! Both invitations feature a monogram header situated in a geometric design. The first invitation has an orange and navy plaid checkered frame with matching font colors. If you are using this invitation, start by downloading and installing the fonts Abraham Lincoln for your family name and Arcon for the body of the text. Everything in this invitation is editable except for the word Reunion. Once you have added all the details of your party, choose between a navy plaid or orange plaid envelope liner.
The second of our family reunion invitations has a simple geometric pattern in orange running across the bottom. For this invitation, you will want to download the font Homestead, and the body text uses the same Arcon font as our other invitation. The matching envelope liners come in orange or black. Each download includes two invitations per sheet, which you should print onto white card stock. Cut them with a paper cutter to be precise, and your family reunion invitations are ready to be sent! Pick out some matching envelopes and print your envelope liners onto regular white printer paper. Use a regular A7 size envelope for mailing these invitations.
If you have a suggestion for another craft project or printable, keep your ideas coming! Send them into us at hello@liagriffith.com and we’ll add them to our list of ideas to brainstorm. And be sure to stay tuned for a family reunion iron-on t-shirt design! Have fun ~ Lia
