I just can’t get enough of felt lately! Party planner, Lisa Frank made these felt strawberries to decorate the table of our Vintage Fourth of July Party and I knew then it was something I needed to share the tutorial with you. Lisa was inspired by the paper version of this strawberry from paper scrapz and you can download the template there.

These strawberries look great in a basket or bowl, and I can see them made into a garland or mobile. Now I am dreaming of making all kinds of fruit and veggies from felt. Hummmm. Thanks Lisa! ~ Lia

This is a much older post and unfortunately the site doesn’t exist anymore. We do however have a PDF tutorial for paper strawberries that could likely be used for felt! https://liagriffith.com/3d-paper-strawberries/

love your felt colors, where do you buy them?
I believe Lisa bought these at Michaels craft store.
These look beautiful! I agree–now you need to design a whole Farmer’s Market of felt food and sell the patterns in your shop! Then I need to talk hubby into building a wood plank stand that we can use for a farm stand/lemonade/ice cream parlor/puppet theater! Right?!! Priorities. 🙂
Let’s do it!!
I am really enjoying your tutorials! Can you give us some suggestions about where to get good felt?
This felt was bought at Michaels craft store. Try your local fabric store too. I love wool felt and a great online source is this: http://www.weirdollsandcrafts.com/wool-felt/wool-felt.html
Thank you, Barbara! I often look on Etsy for craft supplies at good prices. I just found this shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/sweetemmajean?ref=seller_info
She sells wool felt in 126 colors for $1 or less per sheet and has multiple buying options. If you want to do your own search at etsy.com, just type “wool felt” in the search box and then on the left sidebar, click “craft supplies” to narrow your search.
Thanks for following along with us! 🙂

Thanks Lisa! I am going to place an order with her right now!! I can’t get enough of felt. 😉
