Goodies You Can't Google
You've found a member-exclusive project. But for less than the price of a fancy coffee... You'll get instant access to this and over 2,000 other premium projects inside the Lia Griffith membership!
Become a MemberIf you're new to embroidery — not to worry. Our Embroidery 101 course is here to help. This project is ideal for intermediate crafters due to the intricate details and tiny stitches involved. However, you can simplify the process by gluing the felt pieces together for a flat version instead. Either way, we recommend a cutting machine to ensure clean edges.
When crafting your Winter Pocket Pals, tacky glue can be a lifesaver for holding the tiny felt pieces in place before sewing. This project also offers plenty of room for customization. Experiment with different felt colors or create unique sweater patterns to give each pal its own personality. Furthermore, it's fantastic way to use up those felt scraps from previous projects!
As you work, I hope you lean into the satisfaction that comes with creating handmade toys for your loved ones. These Felt Winter Pocket Pals are heartfelt expressions of love, and your little ones will so appreciate the effort. Additionally, if you're looking for more projects like this one, we suggest these Frog Pocket Pals to add to your collection.
Once your Winter Pocket Pals are complete, display them as whimsical ornaments on your tree, tuck them into holiday stockings, or gift them to someone who loves handmade treasures. Don't forget to share your finished creations on Instagram with the hashtag #MadeWithLia and in our crafters' community — we'd love to see your festive reindeer and polar bear come to life!

Has anyone had issues with this file? Everything, but the brown, light green and red come out right. The sweaters do come out both the right size, but not the rest of the parts. Do you know what can be causing that?
Hi Jackeline, I am looking at the raw file and what is it showing in Design Space and it looks the same to me. Can you send me some screen shots of what you are seeing? Send to hello@liagriffith.com and state that I asked it to be forwarded to me (Lia) to take a peek. Thanks!
