Due to the number of intricately cut pieces, we consider gold frosted paper garden wreath an intermediate-level craft. But if you’re a beginner looking to level up your crafting game this holiday season or a paper craft enthusiast — this is a great craft for you. For speed and ease, we recommend a cutting machine. But be sure to download our PDF template if you’re going to cut your pieces by hand. When you’re ready to start, take a look to the right for your list of tools and materials.

Wreaths are a classic holiday decor staple and such a simple way to spruce up your space. Additionally, they lend themselves to nearly every holiday, season, and occasion you can think of, and they can be fairly simple to make. Traditionally, wreaths are seen as a symbol of celebration, and our gold paper-cut wreath certainly captures that spirit.

One of the most enchanting aspects of this wreath is all the little surprises it holds. If you look closely, you’ll find a treasure trove of adorable creatures tucked away amidst the golden foliage. Every gaze reveals something new. Among the leaves, you’ll discover butterflies, bunnies, squirrels, and mushrooms — just to name a few.

Though unique in theme, we still wanted this wreath to have a holiday feel. In our design, we’ve used all but one of the five golds included in our Frosted Golds Paper Pack. The shifting hues of gold make this a stunning addition to your winter and Christmas decor. This wreath would also work beautifully for the fall.
