Become a MemberApril is coming to a close and graduation season is upon us. If you have a graduate in the family completing high school, college, or even kindergarten this year, you should of course plan the celebration that your graduate deserves! To help you in planning your graduation party, we designed these simple but adorable graduation party invitations.
There are two choices of graduation party invitations below. Both have a cute graduation cap graphic with the word “Grad” in a whimsical script font. One invitation is in in all black, while the other has blue accents with the “class of” banner and graduate’s name. Choose your invitation, and begin by downloading the free font Bellota Bold to edit the text. Everything on the invitation is editable expect for the words “Grad” and “class of”. Because the year is editable, you can also use these invitations for years to come! Add all your party details, and then print these invites onto 8.5 x 11 white card stock. Once they are trimmed, these graduation party invitations are A7 sized. Pick out envelopes from your local stationery store to match this size. Once you have your envelopes, we also have two choices of envelope liners available for download. These liners are both black and white with a polka dot pattern and the same cute graduation cap graphic. Choose between the liner with a black background and white polka dots, or the liner with the white background and black polka dots. Print these onto regular copy paper, fold them as indicated, and glue them into your envelopes. Now all you need are some stamps and address labels and your graduation party invitations are ready for the mail!
If you are looking for pretty address labels, check out our collection of free printable watercolor labels. Congratulations to the graduates of all ages out there! Stay tuned for some of our other graduation projects coming up, like printable grad announcements and adorable graduation cap cupcake toppers. And if you are looking to give your graduate a monetary gift, our money holder congratulations cards are perfect for just that. Cheers to the class of 2016! ~ Lia

Hey, what is the name of the font you used for the big word Grad?
Thanks and keep up the great work!
Thank you!! It’s called Smoothy Cursive.
Hi Lia,
I am going to print the beautiful grad invitation but would like to add a symbol of the university of Maryland to it. Is it possible to do that?
let me know.
Hi Dora! Unfortunately the files are not editable in that way. Congrats to your graduate 🙂
Ok Thanks!
hello!
Everytime I edit this invite, It reverts back to the old format when I click in the next box. Am I doing something wrong? I’m having to format both boxes. The 2nd box doesn’t automatically update to what I’ve done in the first.
Hi! Make sure you download the PDF to your desktop and edit from there (not the web browser, as little bugs like what you’re describing seem to happen often). Hope that helps!
I downloaded this and tried editing it with my name. The bottom of “y” and “g” gets cut off when I tried to print it. Would you give more spaces between the editable text fields? Also, there’s a plus sign in the bottom right corner gets printed. Is there a way to remedy that?
Thank you for letting me know about that! I uploaded new PDFs. The plus sign doesn’t appear on my copy, so it must be extra space at the bottom of your text box– delete the extra space and it should go away 🙂
