Coloring is fun for all ages—even adults! In addition to it being a very calming activity, coloring can encourage mindfulness and inspire creativity. In the past, we’ve created coloring sheets for Easter as well as Thanksgiving and Christmas. So now that it’s October, we thought it was time to create some Halloween coloring pages.

Creep Calm and Color On

Some people find moths creepy or gross, which makes them the perfect choice for these Halloween coloring pages. But once you color them in, you start to notice just how beautiful they really are! However you feel about moths, we think these coloring sheets are a great way to kick off the Halloween season.

Below you’ll find three different illustrations—all done by my daughter, Emily Blue. When you’re ready to print these Halloween coloring pages, we recommend using text weight paper as well as your favorite colored pencils, crayons, or markers. And if they’re too beautiful to recycle once you’re done coloring, you could even frame them!

What do you think? Are you in the Halloween spirit yet? If you need more ideas, we’ve got plenty of DIY Halloween décor to inspire you. And we also have Halloween costumes that are simple to make!
