These beginner-friendly Paper Honeybee Party Favor Boxes keep things simple in the best way. Using cardstock, you’ll cut and assemble each box, then add the charming bee details that give these favors their personality. A cutting machine can make quick work of the shapes; however, scissors and a steady hand work just as well. With a bit of glue and a few easy folds, everything comes together into a sturdy little box ready to be filled.
Once assembled, the fun really begins. These Paper Honeybee Party Favor Boxes are just waiting for treats — candies, small toys, or even sweet handwritten notes. Line them up at each place setting, or hand them out as guests head home. These cute little containers are a cheerful, functional way to let your guests know you care.
If you’re planning a spring gathering, garden party, or bee-themed celebration, these are going to fit right in. The bright yellow and soft black details feel fresh and seasonal, while the playful design keeps things light and inviting. They’re also a great project to make ahead in batches, especially if you’re decorating for a larger group.
Remember, sometimes it’s the smallest details that guests remember most. These Paper Honeybee Party Favor Boxes add that bit of extra charm, turning your event into something truly special. When your bees are ready to buzz off to their new homes, share your creations with us in the crafters’ community and on social using #MadeWithLia. Happy Crafting!

Leave a CommentHi Lia and team, will there be a pdf pattern for the box? I still cut by hand 🙂
I found a bee pattern – 2016 Honeybee theme: stationary, lamps, candle wrap etc. but this actual five sided box is so cute and I really want to make it.
Thanks in advance
Kerstin
Ooh! I knew you would ask! I need to design it to fix onto smaller paper at this size, and ran out of time. Stay tuned. 🙂
A big smile to you …
what about splitting the pattern to be printed out onto two paper sheets (DIN A4)? Might be easier than to design a smaller one. I sometimes enlarge small patterns (1 sheet / crafting, dressmaking etc.) to a print out on two pages and clue them together. Take your time, don’t hurry.
Have a wonderful Easter weekend with your family and friends.
Kerstin
That is a good idea. Maybe I will do that. 🙂

I know you can download the template if you become a member. Is there anyway that I can just buy the template for the bee favor box?
It is so creative!! I love it, and would like to use it for my baby girls first birthday party next year! X
Hi Estela! We don’t sell our templates separately, but you can always join us for a month then cancel your membership at any time.
I would like to purchase the Honey Bee box template. Is that possible? I’m not in a position at this time to commit to joining.
Hi Laura, thanks for the comment! At this time we don’t offer any projects for individual purchase. You can always sign up for membership and cancel anytime!
eeeeeeeeeee so cute! ?
🙂
It seems a lovely detail, how difficult it is to get that role. On the 10th I turn 51 years, the penalty is that it gives me time to prepare to celebrate. I used the bee to make a card, and will scan the command, I loved doing it.
I have yet to perfect my technique with watercolor pencils, but I try.
Thank you for giving me this very precious moments.
‘God bless you, your family and your team !!!
‘Happy 50 years !!!
Regards,
Carmen
