It’s always a good day when I can find another reason to add these amazing cloche designs to our website. In keeping with our ocean theme for this month’s collection, I thought a dome would be an exciting way to show off some underwater paper craft. This Paper Jellyfish Underwater Cloche is bright, colorful, and a great piece to add to your ocean decor.

There are quite a few pieces needed to complete this project, so we highly recommend a cutting machine to help make the process faster. You’re also more than welcome to cut your pieces by hand. Ready to get started? Follow our tutorial below.

You’re My Cloche-est Friend

One of the things I love most about this jellyfish underwater cloche is how versatile it is. You can place it on your bookshelf, your summer table, or your fireplace mantel for a quick pop of color. Our underwater scene features shells, fish silhouettes, coral, and a jellyfish at the center. We designed the jellyfish with long, wavy tentacles to give your finished project a bit of movement. Style this with our Wood Bead Garland for a fun beach look.

Due to some of the smaller pieces and intricate placement of this design’s elements, we consider this to be an intermediate craft. If you’ve not used a cloche before — no worries! Once your cardstock pieces are in place, it’s very easy to put the whole thing together. We would love to see your finished results, so please share your pics with us in our crafters community and on Instagram with the hashtag #MadeWithLia.
