Kid’s Coloring Placemats for Christmas
The holidays are always a busy time. All the stores are crowded, people are rushing to holiday parties and dinner plans, and the last thing you want to stress about is how to occupy the kids while they are on break from school. Because we have plenty of mothers on our team with little ones, we were inspired to create holiday projects that kids can do with or without their parents’ participation. Like these coloring placemats! You can use them as regular coloring book pages, or use them as placemats for your Christmas dinner. To sweeten the deal for the kids, we also designed personalized labels that you can stick onto a box of crayons.

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Canon. All opinions are 100% mine.
There are two sizes of our coloring placemats depending on your preference: 8.5 x 11 or 11 x 17. To print onto the larger paper we used our Canon Printer. Canon has great options if you're wanting to make larger prints! Our Christmas coloring placements have a cute holiday greeting with a snowy scene full of woodland animals and Christmas decorations. After printing, you can move on to customizing the crayon labels. Download and install the free font Museo 700 to add your kids' names. We then used our same Canon printer to print the labels onto cardstock. Trim the labels and attach them with a glue dot roller or double stick tape. We also recommend printing onto full sheet label paper to stick the labels directly onto the crayon box.
We hope your kids enjoy these easy coloring placemats! Our illustrator Krista was sure to fit in lots of little details to keep things entertaining ;-) Browse through all of our Christmas projects for more inspiration, and check out our Christmas yarn art for another great kid's craft. Share your fun project photos on Instagram using #CraftyWithCanon and #DIYDreamingWithLia so we can see your crafty makes. Enjoy! ~ Lia & Team

Hmm that shouldn’t be happening. I’ve sent your info to our customer service manager, but you can also send an email to hello@liagriffith.com and we’ll figure this out for you!
HI LIA!
IT’S SHAPING UP TO BE A FRESH AND COLD CHRISTMAS SEASON SO FAR HERE IN THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES!
THOUGHT THESE PLACE-MATS WOULD BE GREAT FOR THE GRAND KIDS, AND THE CRAYON LABEL IS SWEET. UNFORTUNATELY , THE FREE FONT… MUSEO SLAB, COMES UP AT $16.50 WHEN I CLICK ON THAT LINK? DID I DO SOMETHING INCORRECTLY?

Thanks for catching that, I linked to the wrong font! I updated the post 🙂
Hi Lia!
Do all of your downloads now require a subscription? I was under the impression that some would, but that you would also do some free. I’m not in the position to pay for a subscription at this time so will go ahead and unsubscribe to updates if everything is now subscription based. (Not super fun to follow and see all the content I’m missing out on.)
Hi Natalie! Yes, last year we switched to a subscription model. This allows me to pay my staff so we can continue designing great projects 🙂 Of course I completely understand not everyone would like a membership, so we do post freebies as often as we can.
