Hi Lia, your flowers are nice and large. Are the svg patterns make mine as big as yours or should i enlarge mine?

You should not need to change the size of the templates. Remember that you will get the template for each flower with the lesson. We are not using templates from the site. 🙂

We found that one at West Elm. Sadly they do not carry that version anymore.

I’m just wondering about the stem finish on Frosted Paper flowers. Do you cover with crepe paper strips of something else?

Hi Marion – we don’t finish the stems in this class since they are used in an arrangement and on a wreath (and you won’t see the wires much).

I just made my first Frosted Paper flower – the Cyclamen. Oh my, how I love how it turned out. I’m so excited for the Master Class – my paper flower addiction is certainly about to take on a whole new dimension!

Really looking forward to this new Masterclass. Just wondering whether any of the SVG patterns will be the same as currently available? We will be travelling in mid-August and it would be much simpler for me if I could have some ready cut out but I know this wasn’t the case for the January Masterclass.

The Master Class patterns are either new or have been altered slightly 🙂

These flowers look amazing and I can’t wait to start, this will be my first masterclass and I’m enrolled in my very first class of Christmas in July when it starts! I’m so so excited and cannot wait for it!
But in trying to buy the products needed to make for these frosted flower beauties as I like to prepare early- I’ve struggled to buy any frosted paper at all here in Western Australia! The stores listed on your site for Australia are mostly Eastern States and they have run out ages ago and Spotlight WA simply does not stock it at all.
In fact I struggled to get my hands on the Crepe needed for the July class but managed to get there in the end with substitutes of grades and colours in your range available to me here. I saw on your videos in trying to learn about the frosted paper that you started with cardstock and I have plenty of that, so by listening to you describe the properties of frosted paper in your video and compared with cardstock experience you’ve had, I’m going to have to settle doing this wonderful class with the inferior choice but will choose from my collection of the thinner card rather than the American Crafts cardstock which I’ve made flowers with before(as that is heavier in weight and thickness). What do you think ?

I’m so glad you’ll be able to join our Master Class and Christmas workshop! We know supplies can be a struggle for many so using what you have on hand / can find readily available is always ok. I know you will learn some tips and tricks regardless!

Well I know I’m just blown away by how pretty that wreath looks I hope with my substitutions I come close to it’s beauty.
        Thanks Lia!

These are beautiful. Will there be additional time on this class like the May Master class? I’m so looking forward to learning more. I have 1 eye surgery appointment in August. Hopefully I can move one of 2 up to July if an opening comes up. Annual Member and LOVING IT. When my eyes are fixed I’m really going to enjoy more to see better. Lia and Team have the BEST templates and Flowers and so easy to follow video’s to learn for a beginner like me.

My daughter’s best friend (coincidentally also named Liz) and a fixture at my house to the point where she was a daughter to me, is celebrating her marriage in September. The flowers we will learn in this class will make the perfect rehearsal bouquet. Thank you for helping me create the perfect “second Mom” gift!
