We can’t let Halloween go by without creating some new treat huggers. Designed by Lindsay, these monster candy huggers are a fun way to surprise your kids this Halloween. In our PDF and SVG file below, you’ll find five different designs you can cut out plus some pumpkins and bats to stick on as well.
Due to the intricate details of the designs, we recommend using a cutting machine to cut out your monster candy huggers. But of course, you can always use scissors and a detail knife if you want to cut by hand.
Monster hugs
We used our favorite frosted craft paper for most of our monster candy huggers as well as a more traditional Halloween onyx color. These are all made with text weight paper, but you can use any color of text or cardstock paper. You can also choose to layer your designs with a backer like we did for an extra pop of color, or keep them simple and not add the back layer.
